Hi there and welcome. It’s a shame you feel that way. Especially since you have been there and know what a great place it is and it’s people. But you shouldn’t let the actions of a minority influence how you feel about an entire population and country. 🙏
I'm algerian🇩🇿 and my husband is also a Moroccan From Marrakech 😊 hope to go there this year with my husband Inchallah, i've never seen Morocco, for every time is a first time ❤️❤️❤️
Spent five days on a solo trip to Marrakech in 2012. Loved every second. My daughter lives a twenty minute walk away from a house I've lived in for 20 years in the city of my birth and I got lost the first time I walked from her house and panicked. I got lost in the medina and didn't bat an eyelid: truly magical place with lovely friendly people.
Brazilian/Norway you should be also ashamed to put the whole Moroccan population into one bowl. You have been in Morocco and had great experiences but want others to not visiting the country because of something 3 men did without the knowledge of others?? Do you know that this kind of things happen also in Brazil und Norway all the time: that people get killed all around the world? And that everyone in Morocco was shocked and sorry, says that they don’t experience this kind of things. Morocco is an amazing country, rich of culture and good people. I hope people will still visit and watch for them self
Brazilian/Norway I never visited Brazil so I don‘t want to talk about a country I haven‘t made bad experiences with like you. But Morocco is nothing compared to a shithol. Funny thing is that you kind of wrote the same thing to every Marrakech related video. You must be really bored to do so. For me there is no better country than morocco. I love the northern side of Morocco but couldn‘t visit the south side. I will be in marrakech in some weeks and I‘m so exited ☺️
Brazilian/Norway „they people“ who do you talking about? Moroccans are really heart wearming and treat each other well. Moroccans even consider they neighbours as their family. The smell happens when it‘s really warm... I mean I smell the trash here in Europe too. As I said I never been to the southern side but I visited Tanger last year again and it was clean. They cleaned the street twice a day (never saw something like that). It is there cleaner than here in Germany and I mean Germany is very clean:) No matter what I love Morocco and never saw bad in it. You shouldn’t take something like that and generally talk about Morocco. I mean a angry white men drove into a whole bunch of people at the Christmas market a year ago in Germany and the killed them. I still see Germany as an safe country. Sick people also live all around the world. Since you are from Norway ( I took that out your user name) and we kinda share the same clocks, I wish you a good night ☺️
This is the "cruise ship" version of Marrakesh. Search TH-cam for *Marrakesh Jemaa el-Fnaa at night* Also I recommend traveling though the Atlas mountains and visit Fez and Meknes which are in the the Atlas mountains. keep away from Casablanca as today it is just like a modern city, though is by the ocean, but not like the movie Casablanca. I don't know if I can recommend Tangiers, I had no problem as I took the ferry from Spain to Tangiers and spent 1 night. I actually got food poisoning though it could have been the water. After that, bottle water only.
*Some advices for you to save your travel : Morocco is safe just two advices for the tourists: (part one) 1-make your bag on front of you in the souks (the old markets and Médina) becaus there are a lot of crowds ;) - (just for information north of Morocco is cold febrary so listen travel vlogers start every time your travel tour with the south of Morocco like Agadir city is much better than coldness in the north (she is at 1000 Klm to the south) summer in Agadir city start in April lool just a waww gift :) but north stil good for the romantic tourists espeçialy cities like chefchawen, tanger, Assillah and Tetawen city) -take always the luxuos compagny of bus if you wanna go to chefchawen cities or other cities like CTM compagny becaus the other compagnies stop too much every time and every time on the road CTM bus no never -don't use your expansive camera's vlog into the sand storm of desert, film with your phone if you can or sheap camera if you can becaus sand is bad for some brand like G7X 2-keep your paper and your expensive things like joilery with you in your smal bag in the plane, who knows may be your suitcases will be lost. becaus you have to waiting to give them back after by the airoport direction. -keep your passport into the hotel may be you forget your hand bag in the full colors magic shops of the old cities -you should never never make your smartphone or your passport in the pockets of your bag-back and fter you put it on your back. becaus it's like you tell them hey lazy gentleman (theives) steal me, this is a my Christmas gift for you pick my 700 dollars I phone and my 300 dollars cash even some body was with you in travel group he will pickpocketing it from you. too every things can be fall in the crowds. So don't come back complain after.(Don't be an idiot) -keep your smart phone in purse or in your jacket's interrior pockets. -don't show your expensive smart phone in the popular neighborhood of Casablanca city and Salé city because some ados there are curious about smart stuffs and may be they can bother you a little bit you know devil is not innocent ;) -Fez city in the crowded popular streets you don't have to worry, but don't get into some empty street when it's really dark after mednight 2:00 AM. -People of fez are a little poor a day if some one show you the way to your riad he may be wil to demand you some money so show some peace and love and understanding with some caces becaus the most of them live with one dollars a day and some family live with 2 dollars a day but you find always smile on their faces -especialy ados they tought that every tourist is very rich haha :) *globale note : -We are agree now i think, so just do that (the two advices) and don't care for the next 15 advices because the next advices it's just a bonus and i guarantee you a good travel *Morocco is one of the best safest countries in the world for some reasons : -morocco is not in the middle east like we imagine but he's in the extrem nord west of africa lool -Morocco has the most controlled border in the world and the longest controlled wall in the world 2400 klm this wall took over 8 years of construction to bult it surrounds all the land and desert of the kingdom of morocco it's 900 % more controled than the borders of usa :) -Morocco has the best controlled desert in the world a check post every klm with high technologies and a millions Mines -Morocco has the third best security intelligence in the world but the best flexibility, Proactive talented world wide -For the rest part of the country north, south, west or east you are completly safe -all the atlas mountains of morocco are totaly safe. there is three series of Atlas mountains famous world wide the small series, the middle series, the big series and finaly the fourth series called the Rif in the north haha yes thers is numbers four becaus there is always some thing more in morocco and more hiden stuffs every where ;) -so that's why Morocco is the most safest country in africa, south of America, and south of europe -too becaus any Moroccan city exist in the top list of pickpockest cities, europe has 9 cities on the top of this list -for exmple there is 250000 cases of pickpockets only in Paris per a year, 2000 of thoses victim are american -some african pickpockets gangs try to export this bad attitud from paris and europe to Marrakech -(Morocco is in the rank 35 on / 197 countries about safest country in the world but after what happend in france and europe i think he's in the rank 25 now) and much better than usa sor far with 13 points **-( for americans you don't have to be worry as much lool Morocco has Zero gun's shop and market :D so you don't have care for your kids alos we don't have 360 millions peer of guns here like usa lool one guns sold every second is usa that's look very strange for moroccan people :) it's waww huge number yes so different culture. i know it's too much but usa is a great country and we love usa people. -there is no rap in Morocco, no grope, no harrasment, no kidnap, no murder incident, no guns markets. some compliments for blondes yes lool becaus people here find blondes attractif normal thers no too much here -no cokaine war gangs in Morocco, smoke some soft stuffs like yes ;) -cities like Rio, Caraccas, South africa, Mexico, chicago and all their storys look strange for Morocco :) -Two cities do not go in Morocco : Kenitra city and Sale city becaus of noises, little dirty, rude ados and such an amateur pick-pockets but not much and those cities are not a touristic cities furtunatly :) 3-Don't care about sellers. those men love just joking with the tourists and they usually do that to bring attention of the tourists -the same thing for the servers of Marrakech city open air restaurant. some times they touch the tourist for the same reason just to bring attention it's their attutide to show their welcoming and kidding. that kind of approches doesn't mean harrasment for them and they don't know that. -the servers of restaurant of jema lefna square they stop some times tourists in the middle of the street to welcoming so get ready -there is a modern city in marrakech called Gueliz go there if you don't like crowds and old medina. it's totaly safe and quiet you find there Mc do, kfc, mall etc .. -Some shop sellers can be a little rude when you photographe them without their permissions it's depend of his humeur and may be he will demand you to delete the photo or money at change. Some times they feel so seek to be photographed all the day by a million tourists without sold any things that's all 4-Before to buy any things you have to know that : the meeting of the good deals about good prices is a national sport in the souks and markets in Morocco, you should negotiate every price. so try to make always a good deal in the souks and don't be shy becaus it's normal for expl for a bag of 20 dollars give him 10 dollars yes give always the half price after do seems like you get out from his shop and wait for his reaction. it's normal to demand more for tourist becaus they earn just 50 cent us dollars or 2 dollars for each artisanal product with the national (poor) people like Sandals, Babouch. Not like in france, french people give value for every product. they can sell you any things with a high price in a nice package. so that's why moroccan sellers they try to demand more for the tourists it's the only chance for them in the year to make some money for devlopped their business. and too becaus some shop has charges more than ... any why even you paye double the price this product still always very sheap becaus there is a thousands of womans in the mountain try hard for a long hours to make this product for you and they always live in pauvrety. -just one number explain you all morocco sold 30 million dollars of artisanal product Germany export 1400 billion dollars that's all the story about this famous subject of the price product in Marrakech souks. -Of course Nothing happen in Denmark or Finland it's normal becaus 40 % of the people doesn't live with 2 dollars a day no monkeys no sellers noises nothing lool ;) so some understud here 5-Don't give more than 1 or 2 dollars to the accrobats, gnawa musiciens or to the master snakes of Jamaâ Lefna place in marrakech of Jamaâ Lefna place in marrakech if you take a photo with them if you want give more do it becaus they have any assurance stay away of them if you wont
Hi there. I don’t think there’s a reason to stay away from an entire country because of this one tragedy. It seems a bit too much of an absolute reaction.
@Brazilian/Norway Morocco is safe , i mean in every country massacares have happened, even tho you are most likely to be shot in the USA people stil travel to it. Crimes happen everywhere but moroccans don't dare to do something beyond pickpocketing let alone murderers, those where psychopaths
I love markets, seeing the creative crafts, pottery, etc of the locals, those lamps are just beautiful. The low powered fridge on the waterfall walk, very smart indeed. The balloon, the desert, the food. I think this shows that in 3 days, you can fit so much into that time period.
unless you have alot of luggage or need to find a out of the way rhiad. TAKE THE BUS Marrakesh taxi drivers notoriously rip off incoming tourists at the airport with inflated fares. take the red bus into the city it costs under $3. and picks on the edge of the airport parking lot near the main street. it also goes to the medina Jemaa el-Fna and picks up there to return to the airport when leaving. great tip for low budget travelers.
is not what ppl can expecting from title - GUIDE , is not much about guiding ....content itself like 1000s of this type in the web. They are actually lucky with so many viewers .
I have been to some cities of Morroco like(Marrakech agadir tangiers chefchawen and tetouan )it was a great experience people were very friendly and kind
I have visited Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and Egypt and I have to say, Morocco was the best experience. I want to go and visit again, there is so much more to see, I want to head to the south this time, Zagoura and Dakhla
Amazing Video! We just travelled to Marrakech in July and it was unbelievable, we enjoyed it so much! We are also a travel couple that loves to make videos and we just uploaded ours about Marrakech! Definitely a place where we'd love to go back in the future!
Hello guys very beautiful video on my own country. Love it. Your tajine looks perfect.... MMMMMHHHHHH :) Welcome to Morocco again and again. Moroccan guy in Paris
Really enjoyable. Very well filmed, and very articulate. The balloon trip really feels like an adventure when there is only the one. Similar to the one we we did in Egypt years ago. Sadly spoiled now by commercialism and the sky full of balloons. Not magical anymore. You have very good eye with your photo shots and I loved the sunset ending. Very, very well done and thanks for posting.
You are one of the best "TH-cam" travel vloggers, if not the best, in terms of the quality, style and both cultural and historical narratives built around your videos. The technical quality of your filming and your excellent editing....superlative. I have studied some of the best predecessor's of this "art-form" like: Rick Steves, Burt Wolf, Rudy Maxa, Joseph Rosendo, et all. Your entertaining, clever and informative travel commentaries remind me of their work, previous to yours. They "set the standard" of Travel video and commentary in the past....you are their successor and you are becoming the new quality "standard" of Travel video/vlogging. Thank you for your fine work, Sir!
Wow y’all have been to so many places!! That’s an inspiration ❤️ everything in Marrakech is so so beautiful, and you took some amazing footage! Can’t believe it was shot on an iPhone!!
Great story, well told, only been to Marrakesh last month, and yes everything you say is true. Locals in Marrakech do like to show you directions even when u r not lost :) only to their shop or two or three, how big your patience is. I have to say other cities were more relaxing and more welcoming to tourists. Essouira was great.
Beautifully exotic , almost as if tailored after all those traveller's tales. Those endless bazaars were no doubt very interesting but by their very nature quite claustrophobic after sometime and it was with great relief we came out into the the greenery and the welcome waterfalls .And as if to compensate you took us high above for some great views .What was missing though was your customary forays into gourmet fantasies that you normally indulge in - yes you did take the course .Thank you , somehow Marrakech felt different SM .
Hello we hope you are well and staying safe. We have just come back from Morocco and we loved it there and cant wait to go back . thank you for sharing your footage with us it was a pleasure to watch .you have captured the beauty of this Country so well . you have gained a new subscriber and we felt you deserved the big thumbs up . Love and Light Sarah and Glenn from Sunny Bournemouth in the UK. Keep Travelling Keep Touring And Keep Tasting .
Hi there. Welcome to our channel! Glad you found us! I don’t post too many videos so hopefully our back catalogue will keep you entertained during these strange times.
I travelled around Morocco and been to most of the places you highlighted - the only place I didn't go was the place where you went for a camel ride - instead we did a 3 -day Sahara trip from Marrakech and went to the highest sand dunes in The Sahara. Anyway I've been to Morocco twice. First time round we stayed in Marrakech, explored the city and did day trips to Toubkal National Park in Imlil, Agadir, Casablanca and The Ouzoud Waterfalls and then the 3-day Sahara trip seeing the Atlas Mountains passing the highest pass Tizi Tichka onto the Ouarazatze (Taourit Kasbah, Atlas Studios, UNESCO site Ait Ben Haddou) then onto Dades Gorge, Todra Gorge and then to Merzouga where we took the camel ride into Sahara on the large sand dunes and stayed the night in a berber tent and yep the stars at night was incredible. The second time we went to Morocco, we explored Tangiers, Rabat, Chefchauon and Fes
@@SuitcaseMonkey Your Vlog was fantastic and I will subscribe. What was also important is when the call to prayer (azaan) was on, the video was silent and that to me was a true sign of respect to all faiths. I'm a fellow Brit and a muslim, BTW Plus I have travelled to many places around the world and although I wouldn't say Morocco is my favorite country I've visited, it is worth visiting plus it's only 3 hours flight from London. My top 10 countries I have visited are Maldives, Seychelles, Egypt, Italy, Thailand, Malaysia,Turkey, Indonesia, Philippines and Mauritius. Keep up the great work!!
@@juliebenjamen5338 No you don't need to bring a tent nor pillow because they are provided in the Berber tents. Good idea to bring a blanket as the night in the desert can be chilly. Just bring toothbrush, toothpaste, soap (although they will have that), tissues and insect repellents. You can pack lightly but bring an extra layer for the chilly night. You don't need a big suitcase, just a decent sized bag would do to put whatever clothing you will use...obviously bring your night clothes
* advices about Morocco for you (part two) : 6-Don't paye more than 7 or 10 dollars for Henné woman (local tatoe for hands) in professional sallon you have to paye more for Henné _Don't let any one to be your guide they say it's for free, but at the end it's not. specialy guys with bad teeths lol ;) if you are lost in the old Medina demand to the childs they gonna help you for free or demand to a respectful person 7-moroccan restaurant charge mineral watter and and some times breathe too so don't touch mineral water if you want drink just normal watter one litre bottle of mineral watter is expensive in moroccan restaurant. so bye it from the shop a 1dollars (1 litre). -Don't pay small taxi more than price in the machine counter. but you should pay double after 21 pm of the night -Some arabic origine people of morocco love win money because the arabic origine people is not like the berber origine people or black people of south of morocco like (warzazette city for exemple).the people of the middle of morocco are a little rude more than the others part of land of morocco. -Don't care for curiosity of moroccan people the most of them look just to kidding with you (their culture) 8-Move 4 hours befor your plane if you have to take a train becaus some times comes late 9-if your budget of travel is so limited don't spend much money for any things like stay in a luxury riyades or eat in the luxury restaurant -if you are a poor youtuber or a poor vloger don't blame prices in Morocco ;) go thailand or bangladesh first. But if you want eat 1 dollars sandwish or 2 cup of harrira for one dollars and take 20 dollars room's hotel a night it's fine. you are in the right place to be happy :) 10-Do your selves a huge favor rent a car, driving in Morocco is not difficult. morocco has the most good high ways in africa The trains are good too but some times trainS arrive late but not evey time. (just 10% per cent of them) 11-hotels in Morocco are a little expensive than India or Thailand especialy 5 stars but small riad are good so don't shoose every time the classy one. the simply things can be more happier than the expensive one. 12-BUS : take always the luxury compagny of bus like (CTM) not the lowcost bus becaus sellers go up to the lowcost bus, beaggars some times too lool - trains : about trains first classe is more better if you want to read a book especialy for romantique girls lool 13-TAXI : there is 2 kind of big white taxi, the luxe one for the airoport and hotels cost 4 dollars and the normal one for the people 50 cent to 1 dollars the luxe one take just tourist from the airoport and the hotel and the populare one take 6 person one time -about the small taxi you can paye 1 dollars to 2 dollars it deppend on the circuit (the ride).double price in the night 14-if you don't feel comfortable of stressed in Marrakech go to warzazette city or Essaouira city. there is no sellers there or cars lool ;) 15-the most kindest and peaceful people of Morocco is people or warzazette city, Essaouira city it's like Peru or Polynisia island people :) 16-2 brands of Mineiral watter are expensive in Morocco becaus of rich local qualty sources , exportation and taxes 17-life is very sheap in Morocco for expl taxis 1 to 2 dollars for the same klm you pay 50 dollars in NYC. 8 Breads cost 1 dollars, 2 to 5 kilo of vegetabels cost 1 dollars. fruts one kilos cost 70 cent like bannana or apple 18-just 20% of artisanal products are buyuing by toursits 80% by the local people it's so sad just becaus the media and this bolshit scam story about marrakech souk in fact Marrakech souks in not the whole of Morocco just 5% thoses people in the atlas who made this products needs some push. peace and love 19-People of Morocco born in 50 are analphabet and doesn't speak your language becaus the french protectorat or colonisation didn't give them school, what means 30% of the people, some people in the villages too 20 -if you decide to take an appartment in some of cheapest cities of Morocco and living there some weeks for example Fez city is one of the cheapest city and capital of food in the world its like the holy Mecca of food so if your budget is limited try to eat in the souks a dollar sandwich for every you imagine beef chicken etc etc .. sandwich of every thngs you imagine cost one dollars beef, lamb, shicken etc ..... example : -5 kilos of vegerabel cost some times 1,50 dollars -5 kilos of frut 3 dollars -half kilo of olives cost 1,5 dollars -good creamy cake cost 20 cent 21-why cheese is expensive in morocco ?! you know the capital of cheese is france holland and europe morocco doesn't product thoses things massively or export thoses things like holland may be in the future we export frut and vegetables you can remarque in fez 5 kilos of vegetables cost 1 dollars usa and 1 kilos of frut cost 50 cent to 1 dollars usa? 22-wy fish are some times expensive in morocco ?! becaus there is more than 400 big boat fish i3600 klm of line seas robbed by spain europe and the rest of the world by he rude way and illegal way or expor nby sheap sheap price that's why fish are so expensive becaus they come rare but sardin cost 80 cent for kilo and 2 kilos of sardins cost 1 or 2 dollars in the most of the country 23- every time you send your drône to take a image in the atlas mountain back of your images becaus if you lost it in the moutain you it's to hard to find it into (so back up every season of fly images)
notoreeuzz Thanks. Yes. I find there are too many vlogs with unnecessary talking so I’m very conscious of that. If you enjoy my style please check out my back catalogue of travels. Thanks.
*Si tu n’as pas encore visité Marrakech, soir-là bienvenue!! J’ai lu dans les médias algériens qu’il va y avoir une liaison entre Alger et Marrakech avec Air Alger et peut être aussi avec la RAM dans le futur proche. Bon courage et bonne chance !! Un Marocain.*
Very cool! The camp area was beautiful and it must have been a really great memory when you were playing the guitar and everyone was listening. Music is a constant all over the world! We did a desert tour, but did the group one...not as fancy for sure. Lol
Thank you. I’ve done 5 other full length vlogs if you like my style. Japan, Tuscany and Kenya are probably my favourites with Dubrovnik coming soon. Thanks again.
--- Bravoooo ‼️. . . . 👍👍👍 -- Montages vidéo good , very nice ‼️‼️. . . . Très bon montage avec de superbes images , bravo au caméraman pour son professionnalisme ‼️‼️🙏🙏🙏🙏
This is such a beautiful vlog...exactly the way I would spend it with my family.. I just wish you had shown what it was like in those tent things... it would have been nice if you could show which restaurants were the best ones and what you get for the price, as well as a little more details about your hotel and anywhere where you might have exchanged your money.
Thank you! It’s something I keep in mind and your comment is noted! However sometimes I am going for more a story and cinematic approach and therefore practical things like this can get in the way. But yes I know what you mean. 😊
Hey, this is a great guide and video. Can you give me more information about that baloon flying? I'm heading to Morrocco soon and I find it very interesting
kamapuci hi. We booked it through our hotel. With something that price I wanted to make sure it was through someone legit. We needed some cash up front which we got from an ATM then paid the rest on card afterwards. I can’t remember how much it was but i remember it being a price I thought was lower than I had seen it before. To my knowledge there are only 2 companies that offer air balloons so chances are they are both good.
I am very interested to try the hot air balloon looks wonderful to try. Would you be able to provide details where can I book it and how much? Thanks mate!
My family were originally from Morocco then went went to Gibraltar, in spain now, I still haven’t visited Israel unfortunately. Next on my list. צאַר האָלי
What do you recommend to be the best form of transportation around cities in morocco? Especially for long drives that are 1hr+ and are taxis there expensive?
Really nice video, one more like :) and "Riad" is an old style of wealthy moroccan families houses, mostly in the "Medinas" of the 4 imperial cities of Morocco (Rabat, Fes, Meknes, and Marrakech), it always has an open space in the middle with garden and a small fountain. Most of them now became hotels and gest houses for visitors.
How do folks do all of this traveling? I’d love to see more of the world and her cultures, but can’t figure out how to afford it 😔. Even more, I’d love for my kids, prior or right after college, to travel a bit- do some missionary work but also see more of the world rather than just the States. Are there any video series on how to travel affordable/ how to make income as you travel. Air flights are likely the most expensive of a trip (I would guess)
We already booked for July. But wonder if we can do any thing by that hot time. But that is the only time kids having holiday off the school. What can we do!
I don’t know the name of the company but there are only 2 in Marrakesh and we booked it through our hotel. So yours will be able to organise with one of them for you.
This is like the the "cruise ship" version of Marrakesh. 1st you misspelled -Marrakech- Marrakesh. Then just a few seconds on the main attraction to experience in Marrakesh - *Jemaa el-Fnaa.* This clip is like riding a tour bus. i suggest anyone watching this clip to search TH-cam for *Jemaa el-Fnaa.* *Jemaa el-Fnaa at night.* Jemaa el-Fnaa is the main market with dancers, snake charmers, so many places and so on. Jemaa el-Fnaa is the Marrakesh experience.
@@SuitcaseMonkey apologies on the spelling of Marrakesh aka Marrakech. The 2nd point is really clear, your clip was like someone being on a cruise where they stop on some of cities, the tourists go for the day and then back on the ship. You never get to real feel of Morocco and Marrakesh. It just how some people go on holiday/vacation. For me, I took the ferry from Spain to Tangiers, spent some time there, took the Marrakesh Express to Marrakesh spent around a week, then to Casablanca which just like a big city, then to the Atlas Mountains Fez/Meknes then back to Spain via Algeciras and then back to London where I was living at the time. You did a tour bus type trip of Marrakesh and really half the clip could just had been on Jemaa el-Fnaa Square. That is what Marrakesh is all about. This clip had no heart - no feeling - nothing for the feel of the people and place.

Hi there and welcome. It’s a shame you feel that way. Especially since you have been there and know what a great place it is and it’s people. But you shouldn’t let the actions of a minority influence how you feel about an entire population and country. 🙏
i want to know what is your travel agency in taking this trip???? thanks
Hi. We didn’t have a travel agency for this but it was booked on either Secret Escape or Voyage Privé.
Thank you for the Vlog, and can you please tell me how much did it cost to go on a trip with the baloon ?
The best thing in Morocco 🇲🇦 is the people you gonna find a lovely people there
Much love from Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦🇸🇦
❤❤❤❤ thank you!
Can ask u when you are visit in Morocco.. We need visit visa?
Love Saudi Arabia. We both Arab same culture
you ar welcome
I'm algerian🇩🇿 and my husband is also a Moroccan From Marrakech 😊 hope to go there this year with my husband Inchallah, i've never seen Morocco, for every time is a first time ❤️❤️❤️
We have been to Morocco, had the most amazing vacation, planning on going back.
“ be lost but look like you are having fun”
Thank you , i will remember that 👍
Haha. It really is good advise I’ve found!
Morocco is a dream. Just arrived. Pity it was so cold we could not sleep in the desert. Magic place!
when was that?
Cheeky okay:)
Thank you sir for this great job, thank you for promoting our country, you are welcome anytime.
From Morocco with love
I love that you recorded the namaz and didn't put music over it! it takes little to be respectful and it was really kind to see that
I am planning a trip for November! Can’t wait!!
Morocco 🇲🇦 looks like a dream! On my wishlist to visit!!!
This is the "cruise ship" version of Marrakesh.
Search TH-cam for *Marrakesh Jemaa el-Fnaa at night*
Also I recommend traveling though the Atlas mountains and visit Fez and Meknes which are in the the Atlas mountains.
keep away from Casablanca as today it is just like a modern city, though is by the ocean, but not like the movie Casablanca.
I don't know if I can recommend Tangiers, I had no problem as I took the ferry from Spain to Tangiers and spent 1 night.
I actually got food poisoning though it could have been the water. After that, bottle water only.
*Some advices for you to save your travel :
Morocco is safe just two advices for the tourists: (part one)
1-make your bag on front of you in the souks (the old markets and Médina) becaus there are a lot of crowds ;)
- (just for information north of Morocco is cold febrary so listen travel vlogers start every time your travel tour with the
south of Morocco like Agadir city is much better than coldness in the north (she is at 1000 Klm to the south)
summer in Agadir city start in April lool just a waww gift :)
but north stil good for the romantic tourists espeçialy cities like chefchawen, tanger, Assillah and Tetawen city)
-take always the luxuos compagny of bus if you wanna go to chefchawen cities or other cities like CTM compagny
becaus the other compagnies stop too much every time and every time on the road CTM bus no never
-don't use your expansive camera's vlog into the sand storm of desert, film with your phone if you can or sheap camera
if you can becaus sand is bad for some brand like G7X
2-keep your paper and your expensive things like joilery with you in your smal bag in the plane, who knows may be your suitcases will
be lost. becaus you have to waiting to give them back after by the airoport direction.
-keep your passport into the hotel may be you forget your hand bag in the full colors magic shops of the old cities
-you should never never make your smartphone or your passport in the pockets of your bag-back and fter you put it on your back.
becaus it's like you tell them hey lazy gentleman (theives) steal me, this is a my Christmas gift for you pick my 700
dollars I phone and my 300 dollars cash
even some body was with you in travel group he will pickpocketing it from you. too every things can be fall in the
crowds.
So don't come back complain after.(Don't be an idiot)
-keep your smart phone in purse or in your jacket's interrior pockets.
-don't show your expensive smart phone in the popular neighborhood of Casablanca city and Salé city because some ados there
are curious about smart stuffs and may be they can bother you a little bit you know devil is not innocent ;)
-Fez city in the crowded popular streets you don't have to worry, but don't get into some empty street when it's really
dark after mednight 2:00 AM.
-People of fez are a little poor a day
if some one show you the way to your riad he may be wil to demand you some money
so show some peace and love and understanding with some caces becaus the most of them live with one dollars a day
and some family live with 2 dollars a day but you find always smile on their faces
-especialy ados they tought that every tourist is very rich haha :)
*globale note :
-We are agree now i think, so just do that (the two advices) and don't care for the next 15 advices because the next
advices it's just a bonus and i guarantee you a good travel
*Morocco is one of the best safest countries in the world for some reasons :
-morocco is not in the middle east like we imagine but he's in the extrem nord west of africa lool
-Morocco has the most controlled border in the world and the longest controlled wall in the world 2400 klm
this wall took over 8 years of construction to bult it surrounds all the land and desert of the kingdom of morocco
it's 900 % more controled than the borders of usa :)
-Morocco has the best controlled desert in the world a check post every klm with high technologies and a millions Mines
-Morocco has the third best security intelligence in the world but the best flexibility, Proactive talented world wide
-For the rest part of the country north, south, west or east you are completly safe
-all the atlas mountains of morocco are totaly safe. there is three series of Atlas mountains famous world wide
the small series, the middle series, the big series and finaly the fourth series called the Rif in the north
haha yes thers is numbers four becaus there is always some thing more in morocco and more hiden stuffs every where ;)
-so that's why Morocco is the most safest country in africa, south of America, and south of europe
-too becaus any Moroccan city exist in the top list of pickpockest cities, europe has 9 cities on the top of this list
-for exmple there is 250000 cases of pickpockets only in Paris per a year, 2000 of thoses victim are american
-some african pickpockets gangs try to export this bad attitud from paris and europe to Marrakech
-(Morocco is in the rank 35 on / 197 countries about safest country in the world but after what happend in france and europe
i think he's in the rank 25 now) and much better than usa sor far with 13 points
**-( for americans you don't have to be worry as much lool Morocco has Zero gun's shop and market :D
so you don't have care for your kids alos we don't have 360 millions peer of guns here like usa lool
one guns sold every second is usa that's look very strange for moroccan people :)
it's waww huge number yes so different culture. i know it's too much but usa is a great country and we love usa people.
-there is no rap in Morocco, no grope, no harrasment, no kidnap, no murder incident, no guns markets. some compliments
for blondes yes lool becaus people here find blondes attractif normal thers no too much here
-no cokaine war gangs in Morocco, smoke some soft stuffs like yes ;)
-cities like Rio, Caraccas, South africa, Mexico, chicago and all their storys look strange for Morocco :)
-Two cities do not go in Morocco : Kenitra city and Sale city becaus of noises, little dirty, rude ados and such an
amateur pick-pockets but not much and those cities are not a touristic cities furtunatly :)
3-Don't care about sellers. those men love just joking with the tourists and they usually do that to bring attention of the tourists
-the same thing for the servers of Marrakech city open air restaurant. some times they touch the tourist for the same reason
just to bring attention it's their attutide to show their welcoming and kidding.
that kind of approches doesn't mean harrasment for them and they don't know that.
-the servers of restaurant of jema lefna square they stop some times tourists in the middle of the street to welcoming so get ready
-there is a modern city in marrakech called Gueliz go there if you don't like crowds and old medina. it's totaly safe and quiet
you find there Mc do, kfc, mall etc ..
-Some shop sellers can be a little rude when you photographe them without their permissions it's depend of his humeur and may
be he will demand you to delete the photo or money at change. Some times they feel so seek to be photographed all the day
by a million tourists without sold any things that's all
4-Before to buy any things you have to know that : the meeting of the good deals about good prices is a national sport in
the souks and markets in Morocco, you should negotiate every price.
so try to make always a good deal in the souks and don't be shy becaus it's normal for expl for a bag of 20 dollars give
him 10 dollars yes give always the half price after do seems like you get out from his shop and wait for his reaction.
it's normal to demand more for tourist becaus they earn just 50 cent us dollars or 2 dollars for each artisanal product with the
national (poor) people like Sandals, Babouch. Not like in france, french people give value for every product.
they can sell you any things with a high price in a nice package.
so that's why moroccan sellers they try to demand more for the tourists it's the only chance for them in the year to make
some money for devlopped their business. and too becaus some shop has charges more than ...
any why even you paye double the price this product still always very sheap
becaus there is a thousands of womans in the mountain try hard for a long hours to make this product for you and they
always live in pauvrety.
-just one number explain you all morocco sold 30 million dollars of artisanal product Germany export 1400 billion dollars
that's all the story about this famous subject of the price product in Marrakech souks.
-Of course Nothing happen in Denmark or Finland it's normal becaus 40 % of the people doesn't live with 2 dollars a day
no monkeys no sellers noises nothing lool ;) so some understud here
5-Don't give more than 1 or 2 dollars to the accrobats, gnawa musiciens or to the master snakes of Jamaâ Lefna place in marrakech
of Jamaâ Lefna place in marrakech if you take a photo with them if you want give more do it becaus they have any assurance
stay away of them if you wont
you wrote a whole article.
Hi there. I don’t think there’s a reason to stay away from an entire country because of this one tragedy. It seems a bit too much of an absolute reaction.
Morocco still a thousand time safer place than Brazil that I have so much love for,
@Brazilian/Norway Morocco is safe , i mean in every country massacares have happened, even tho you are most likely to be shot in the USA people stil travel to it. Crimes happen everywhere but moroccans don't dare to do something beyond pickpocketing let alone murderers, those where psychopaths
@Brazilian/Norway Morocco is extremely big and people slip in trough the deserts with camels it's impossible to guard such a border.
As soon as travel restrictions are lifted, I want to head here!
TAKE THE BUS Marrakesh taxi drivers notoriously rip off incoming tourists at the airport with inflated fares.
take the red bus into the city it costs under $3. and picks on the edge of the airport parking lot near the main street. it also goes to the medina Jemaa el-Fna and picks up there to return to the airport when leaving. great tip for low budget travelers.
why would anyone give this a thumbs down? Amazing vlog considering its all from a phone.
You can’t please all of the people all of the time 😊
Not that. Maybe they just didn't like the city (Neither did I to be honest) so they thumbed down.
To each his own I guess.
is not what ppl can expecting from title - GUIDE , is not much about guiding ....content itself like 1000s of this type in the web. They are actually lucky with so many viewers .
I can't wait I have got only 2 days to be there in Marrakesh IN SHA Allah
How did it go ?!
How was marrakech?
@@midlands8819 oohh my god its was lovely i need to go back again

I have visited Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and Egypt and I have to say, Morocco was the best experience. I want to go and visit again, there is so much more to see, I want to head to the south this time, Zagoura and Dakhla
It's really.. morocco is the best !?
Amazing Video! We just travelled to Marrakech in July and it was unbelievable, we enjoyed it so much! We are also a travel couple that loves to make videos and we just uploaded ours about Marrakech! Definitely a place where we'd love to go back in the future!
Hello guys
very beautiful video on my own country. Love it.
Your tajine looks perfect.... MMMMMHHHHHH :)
Welcome to Morocco again and again.
Thank you. This exactly what I was looking for, spending the night in a tent in the desert.
Wow, thank you so much for your kind words. It means a lot to hear. Hopefully I can live up to your praise in future!
Was there 3 days ago and just can't describe in words how it feels to be there and see Marrakech vivant and even better then before
Wow y’all have been to so many places!! That’s an inspiration ❤️ everything in Marrakech is so so beautiful, and you took some amazing footage! Can’t believe it was shot on an iPhone!!
Marrakech ,Morrocco . is beautiful country ..
i went to 🇲🇦 before the pandemic with my friends and i thoroughly enjoyed it. the souk, the food and the places were beautiful.
So beautiful....wow....gorgeous place....!!!!
You are making a lot of beautiful and helpful content without a lot of equipment. Thanks you so much!
Yup just me and my phone 😅
Beautifully exotic , almost as if tailored after all those traveller's tales. Those endless bazaars were no doubt very interesting but by their very nature quite claustrophobic after sometime and it was with great relief we came out into the the greenery and the welcome waterfalls .And as if to compensate you took us high above for some great views .What was missing though was your customary forays into gourmet fantasies that you normally indulge in - yes you did take the course .Thank you , somehow Marrakech felt different SM .
Beautiful Morocco ❤️
Very informative. Captivating watch. No yapping, straight to the point. Thumbs up from me
Hello we hope you are well and staying safe.
Wow. Sounds amazing!!!
@@SuitcaseMonkey Your Vlog was fantastic and I will subscribe. What was also important is when the call to prayer (azaan) was on, the video was silent and that to me was a true sign of respect to all faiths. I'm a fellow Brit and a muslim, BTW
Plus I have travelled to many places around the world and although I wouldn't say Morocco is my favorite country I've visited, it is worth visiting plus it's only 3 hours flight from London. My top 10 countries I have visited are Maldives, Seychelles, Egypt, Italy, Thailand, Malaysia,Turkey, Indonesia, Philippines and Mauritius.
Keep up the great work!!
Thanks! We have a few videos from some of your places already. Feel free to check them out also. Thanks again.
If you go for Sahara desert tour, what are the stuff you should bring? Do you need to bring tent or pillow or blanket?
@@juliebenjamen5338 No you don't need to bring a tent nor pillow because they are provided in the Berber tents. Good idea to bring a blanket as the night in the desert can be chilly. Just bring toothbrush, toothpaste, soap (although they will have that), tissues and insect repellents. You can pack lightly but bring an extra layer for the chilly night. You don't need a big suitcase, just a decent sized bag would do to put whatever clothing you will use...obviously bring your night clothes
Marrakech is a very nice place! I spent one full day there last year and visited a few more places shown in my own video that could give more ideas..
* advices about Morocco for you (part two) :
6-Don't paye more than 7 or 10 dollars for Henné woman (local tatoe for hands)
in professional sallon you have to paye more for Henné
_Don't let any one to be your guide they say it's for free, but at the end it's not. specialy guys with bad teeths lol ;)
if you are lost in the old Medina demand to the childs they gonna help you for free or demand to a respectful person
7-moroccan restaurant charge mineral watter and and some times breathe too so don't touch mineral water if you want drink just normal
watter one litre bottle of mineral watter is expensive in moroccan restaurant. so bye it from the shop a 1dollars (1 litre).
-Don't pay small taxi more than price in the machine counter. but you should pay double after 21 pm of the night
-Some arabic origine people of morocco love win money because the arabic origine people is not like the berber
origine people or black people of south of morocco like (warzazette city for exemple).the people of the middle of morocco
are a little rude more than the others part of land of morocco.
-Don't care for curiosity of moroccan people the most of them look just to kidding with you (their culture)
8-Move 4 hours befor your plane if you have to take a train becaus some times comes late
9-if your budget of travel is so limited don't spend much money for any things like stay in a luxury riyades or eat in the luxury restaurant
-if you are a poor youtuber or a poor vloger don't blame prices in Morocco ;) go thailand or bangladesh first. But if you want eat 1 dollars
sandwish or 2 cup of harrira for one dollars and take 20 dollars room's hotel a night it's fine. you are in the right place to be happy :)
10-Do your selves a huge favor rent a car, driving in Morocco is not difficult. morocco has the most good high ways in africa
The trains are good too but some times trainS arrive late but not evey time. (just 10% per cent of them)
11-hotels in Morocco are a little expensive than India or Thailand especialy 5 stars but small riad are good
so don't shoose every time the classy one. the simply things can be more happier than the expensive one.
12-BUS : take always the luxury compagny of bus like (CTM) not the lowcost bus becaus sellers go up to the lowcost
bus, beaggars some times too lool
- trains : about trains first classe is more better if you want to read a book especialy for romantique girls lool
13-TAXI : there is 2 kind of big white taxi, the luxe one for the airoport and hotels cost 4 dollars
and the normal one for the people 50 cent to 1 dollars
the luxe one take just tourist from the airoport and the hotel
and the populare one take 6 person one time
-about the small taxi you can paye 1 dollars to 2 dollars it deppend on the circuit (the ride).double price in the night
14-if you don't feel comfortable of stressed in Marrakech go to warzazette city or Essaouira city. there is no sellers there
or cars lool ;)
15-the most kindest and peaceful people of Morocco is people or warzazette city, Essaouira city it's like Peru
or Polynisia island people :)
16-2 brands of Mineiral watter are expensive in Morocco becaus of rich local qualty sources , exportation and taxes
17-life is very sheap in Morocco for expl taxis 1 to 2 dollars for the same klm you pay 50 dollars in NYC.
8 Breads cost 1 dollars, 2 to 5 kilo of vegetabels cost 1 dollars. fruts one kilos cost 70 cent like bannana or apple
18-just 20% of artisanal products are buyuing by toursits 80% by the local people it's so sad just becaus the media and
this bolshit scam story about marrakech souk in fact Marrakech souks in not the whole of Morocco just 5%
thoses people in the atlas who made this products needs some push. peace and love
19-People of Morocco born in 50 are analphabet and doesn't speak your language becaus the french protectorat or colonisation
didn't give them school, what means 30% of the people, some people in the villages too
20 -if you decide to take an appartment in some of cheapest cities of Morocco and living there some weeks
for example Fez city is one of the cheapest city and capital of food in the world its like the holy Mecca of food
so if your budget is limited try to eat in the souks a dollar sandwich for every you imagine beef chicken etc etc ..
sandwich of every thngs you imagine cost one dollars beef, lamb, shicken etc .....
example :
-5 kilos of vegerabel cost some times 1,50 dollars
-5 kilos of frut 3 dollars
-half kilo of olives cost 1,5 dollars
-good creamy cake cost 20 cent
21-why cheese is expensive in morocco ?! you know the capital of cheese is france holland and europe
morocco doesn't product thoses things massively or export thoses things like holland
may be in the future
we export frut and vegetables
you can remarque in fez 5 kilos of vegetables cost 1 dollars usa
and 1 kilos of frut cost 50 cent to 1 dollars usa?
22-wy fish are some times expensive in morocco ?! becaus there is more than 400 big boat fish i3600 klm of line seas
robbed by spain europe and the rest of the world by he rude way and illegal way or expor nby sheap sheap price
that's why fish are so expensive becaus they come rare
but sardin cost 80 cent for kilo and 2 kilos of sardins cost 1 or 2 dollars in the most of the country
23- every time you send your drône to take a image in the atlas mountain back of your images becaus if you lost it
in the moutain you it's to hard to find it into (so back up every season of fly images)
jaber ben amer wow thank you for this information!!
and what must de people do with de rest off the money? give to you? sir, i think you have franch father. what you do is AL3AKRA . 3akar anta.
You are stupid and racist. Arabs? First of all there are no arabs, but arabized. Secondly there arabs ykhraw lik 3la rassek yal m3e9ed
Jaber ben Amer , what a wonderful person you are .These are pearls of wisdom , I will treasure them .Thanks for taking the trouble .
A superb film !

Cool video, I really like the dynamic, great job!:)

To my knowledge there are only 2 companies that offer air balloons so chances are they are both good.
kamapuci Stay off They burst into flames and drop killing and burning all inside.

What do you recommend to be the best form of transportation around cities in morocco? Especially for long drives that are 1hr+ and are taxis there expensive?

and "Riad" is an old style of wealthy moroccan families houses, mostly in the "Medinas" of the 4 imperial cities of Morocco (Rabat, Fes, Meknes, and Marrakech), it always has an open space in the middle with garden and a small fountain. Most of them now became hotels and gest houses for visitors.
❤ Morocco ❤

so goood! Love it !
I’ve more where that came from...
Awesome place 😎 👌🏼
Thanks for this video
Amazing shots all through. Did you guys have to get SIM cards during your stay? How did you maintain internet connection?
Don’t think we got sims for this trip. But now I always just use the Airalo app to activate the e sim in my phone

Bienvenue A ma ville Marrakech ♥️🇲🇦
We already booked for July. But wonder if we can do any thing by that hot time. But that is the only time kids having holiday off the school. What can we do!
Where was the baloon trip? And how much did it cost?
I don’t know the name of the company but there are only 2 in Marrakesh and we booked it through our hotel. So yours will be able to organise with one of them for you.
As for price again I can’t remember (it was years ago) but I remember it being the least I’d seen a hot air balloon ride being.
Thanks for sharing your experience. Morocco is simply gorgeous. The hot air balloon is not for the faint of heart, though. :P
Great video guys ✌👏❤

This is like the the "cruise ship" version of Marrakesh.
1st you misspelled -Marrakech- Marrakesh.
Then just a few seconds on the main attraction to experience in Marrakesh - *Jemaa el-Fnaa.*
This clip is like riding a tour bus.
i suggest anyone watching this clip to search TH-cam for
*Jemaa el-Fnaa.*
*Jemaa el-Fnaa at night.*
Jemaa el-Fnaa is the main market with dancers, snake charmers, so many places and so on.
Jemaa el-Fnaa is the Marrakesh experience.
It can be spelt both ways. I have no idea what you’re trying to say about your second point.
Also, that’s why I spelt it different in the thumbnail and title
Bravo
