New version I hope sorts the pen as I do think with it done right and better camera this could be great item for alot of people. Not many people would think a pen would be useful as a spy gadget. Other camera looked decent and very small so I'd have it hidden watching certain areas out side or in side. Pen I was hoping would be good so I do like this idea. As far as legality is concerned, recording of conversations/meetings is covered by the Criminal Code of Canada (Section 184), so it is the same throughout the country. Only one party to the conversation/meeting needs to agree to the meeting/conversation being recorded. That one party can be you if you are part of that conversation/meeting. Recording third party without authorization will get you into trouble.
Pens are good if you like a lot of anxiety everytime you end up having to talk to someone who is less than five feet in front of you. You think they noticed it 99% of the time. That's the problem with these types of discreet body cams.

Great cameras that is awaiting fine-tuning in order to become greater cams. Good review Greg.

I have the pen cam for almost a year now.And today is the first time am using it at home just to spy a bit.I hope it works while am away to work.

Who cares ,wherever you go outside you are being recorded by the zillions of CCTV cameras outside and inside buildings etc

yeah it is just to hard to understand when its actually recording.
Same here , I tried and tried then my patience died .
If it vibrates 📳 once for on and twice for off. It would make it a better product.
That makes sound and can give away you turning it on if the environment is quiet.
