There is Felix (pronounced as 'filiks') and then there is Félix (pronounced as 'fair-liks'). They are not the same name. One has a diacritic, the other one doesn't have, so they are pronounced differently. So Felix remains 'filiks', while Félix is 'fair-liks'.
It's incredible that so many people thought of that Harry Kane joke independently. It's also incredible that they feel comfortable making fun of someone with a speech impediment.
