You really are very talented. And you do the best handiwork. You could sell all the machines you have made. Keep up the good work. I'm looking forward to your next project. Many thanks for your super good tutorials.
For anyone that wants to do this type of work and does not know what and how to ask anything, cutting speed for metal is around 30 to 70 meters per minute. It depends on the material that you are cutting, but if you are cutting harder materials, like stainless and some harder steel, go for 30, 40 meters per minute. Avoid 50s because of harmonics, vibrations... Not worth to brainstorm it. So, vc=(D*3.14*n)/60. vc is cutting speed in meters per second. D is a diameter of a pulley that you need for desired cutting speed, in meters. 3.14 is constant Pi. n stands for rpm that you drive your saw. For 40 meters per minute, 0.67 meters per second, if you are in Europe, frequency is 50Hz, you need 1400 rpm electrical motor, 10:1 gear reducer, so you have n=140rpm. The pulley diameter is then 90 milimeters. 91.44 if we want to be precise, but it is not needed. This is just for example. You can do whatever you need and want with this formula. It all depends on what you already have.
You’ve got to add flood coolant, it makes a huge difference in cutting speed and if you love mopping it gives you an excuse to break out the mop and bucket! Of course not everyone loves mopping so then you’ll need to build yourself a floor scrubber too!
This is my second channel, here I will post shortened video, with different editing and without Music :)
Haha - I was just about to say that this is such a copy of WorkshopFromScratch - even the colors matched ;-) Good one - oby tak dalej, powodzenia
Beautiful build !

Note that at about 16:43, there is a nut on the left hand set of bearing rollers that is unscrewing itself. May need to secure that somehow.
I've made a few more fixes outside of the video, but thanks for the advice :)
@@InfinityGarage-ig8py Just didn't want anything to fly off of there while the bandsaw is running, lol. It was a very neat build, thanks for sharing.
Very nice build!
Wow impressionnant 🤩👏👍
You make just 2 years ago on your other chanel workshop for scratch. 😊
Extremmm good Project!!
Great job!
Gran bel lavoro 😃...... very good .
Thank you 😁
Any plans in the future?
Well done 👍
Talk about heavy duty 😅 but regardless good work and skills
Klasse Arbeit!
Grandios!
How did you make that bottom cover..??
Can you provide dimensioned drawing for this?
Motor rpm?
Badass build. Only thing missing is maybe a lube drip on the blade. Maybe...
Good👍👍
Nicemen
OMG, familar video. i think you are stealer but i wrong. hahhaha
