I really want to know how the Imperial Officers become such corrupt, brutal and evil prior the fall of the Republic and how that started via in the Clone Wars shows tbh
I really want this, an animated series in the same style as the Clone Wars showing the Separatist side of the war. Several episodes of the Clone Wars and the Bad Batch have already shown some of the good side of the CIS. These series keep portraying the Separatist as the "bad guys". My idea is to have the clone traitor Slick, who believed in freedom for himself and his fellow clones to come to terms with the fact the clones are not going to turn on the republic and he decides to escape prison and serve the Separatists as revenge. He could rise through the ranks and may even rival Grievous. The galaxy is big enough for them both to have their own stories considering General Kleeve has not been introduced so far. Then we can see Order 66 from the Separatists' perspective and the confusion it probably caused, as well the collapse of the government. Maybe this can also be where Admiral Rampart is formally introduced and where his rise can be shown, instead of being introduced so abruptly like he was so far. It could be a good place to show what happened to Cassian Andor's real parents since his planet was in the Separatist zone.
Hate to break it to you all, but to all Separatist/CIS Fans out there you will hate Dave Filoni for this. He has his focus on the Republic side of things than he does with CIS, literally. This is what happens when the bulk of your military power is controlled by a handful of oligarchs who can be eliminated (by their own leader). That was the entire point of using a droid army. Palpatine, in orchestrating the war as the leader of both sides, wanted to be able to simply turn off the CIS military once he had full control of the Republic. Since he could do that by having the military being entirely controlled by a small enough group to fit into a single conference room, it was simply a matter of sending Anakin to "take care of" the oligarchs.

Hey Generation Tech, will you be doing a video on Captain Wilco from the Bad Batch Season 2? I find his methodology and efficency to be proof that the Empire should've kept Clones around longer instead of phasing them out completly, and how his execution at the hands of a imperial officer trying to cover up his incompitence was probaly one of the worst choices any officer in the empire made.
@2:30 - Is Hutt space really that big?? On this map it looks like a quarter of the galaxy is under Hutt control. I'm not saying it's not; I'm just asking if it is for real.
The whole hutt space i don't think amyone gets. Mean we all get there a force yes but...i never seen a soild dipection of there system and many fan made mods with a hutt faction in the game nornaly just ether habe them with one planrt or a small collection which says to me not even the fans can agree how all that works.
I read a comment where someone said they didn’t like how Dooku was portrayed in the episode as it makes him a “mustache-twirling” villain. I guess they are somebody who wants more focus on Dooku’s heroic intentions when he turned to the Dark Side. I kind of like to see the opposite though. I want to see how Dooku goes from a guy who has to murder his friends in 32 BBY for the sake of the Sith plan to working alongside corrupt people like the Separatist Council, have war criminals lead his war effort, and just become…well, a Sith. I mean, so far in Canon nobody who delves into the Dark Side to the extent of the Sith comes out alright. At least the Nightsisters had each other, the Sith are just toxic. Dooku had his own sister killed, ensured all clones would gun down the Jedi, and made sure the Separatist war effort would be very inhumane so that all Imperial opposition could be seen as evil. I want to see the point where Dooku’s good intentions were pushed aside to just focus on tearing down the Jedi Order and the Galactic Republic by any means necessary. When did Count Dooku really become Darth Tyranus. When did murders that could be deemed necessary for the Sith plan’s secrecy become massacres? Look at what being a Sith did to Anakin, it just isn’t the same thing as being a Dark Side user. Now other fans may counter my view on Dooku by saying that he was only going along with the plan to a certain extent for practicality and was going to betray Palpatine later on. One, that’s kind of a Sith thing to do since that is how the Rule of Two works. Two, what type of galaxy did Dooku plan on making by the end of the Clone Wars. In Legends it basically says Dooku was a secret bigot who looked down on the aliens as causing chaos and how he wanted an army of Dark Jedi to maintain order. So what about Canon Dooku? If he really wanted to betray Palpatine, what type of galaxy did he envision? I’m sorry, but the fact he’s a Count, a Sith, and was willing to team up with some of the worst scum in the galaxy has me question this. Even if Dooku’s betrayal also had noble intentions like when he joined Palpatine, this betrayal plan could have also changed for the worst.
Hey man i always love watching your videos and i watch all of them trust me. You really are so unique in Star Wars youtube. I guess in youtube in general. So yeah thank you for your content its one of the most entertaining ever. if you show somethibg like the map of the galaxy and you talk about a specific planet/trading route/system maybe you could make it easier to recognize were it actually is. Maybe put an arrow or something on the mao when you talk about a planet because half of the time i couldnt find it by myself thanks. Knowing where the planets are is great to better ubderstand the galaxy so yeah
You seem to know a lot about star wars lore. I havea question. Why wasn't Skywalker tried by the jedi for executing dooku especially the way he did it by decapitation?
Because no one except Palpatine was there to see Anakin do it. Obi-Wan was knocked out when it happened so when he woke afterwards, all he really knew was that Anakin killed him. He didn't even get to see the body and Anakin probably lied about how it happened. Palpatine likely corroborated his story to cover him.
It’s interesting how Raxus was selected as the center for the Confederacy. I would think Serrano would be the capital due to Count Dooku being the head but I guess astrography is the main factor to decide this!
Also the fact the Cis senate was on raxus and raxus had much more in terms of infustructer Also if it was on Sereno it would have amplified the idea that the count was the true power which would have made many cis citizens angry
Yavin IV, the Empire's greatest defeat. I mean, sure, Endor saw the death of Vader and the emperor, as well as the collapse of thr Empire as a whole, but that's nothing compared to the death of Tarkin and a few stormtroopers...
Just like in our real world there is a constant strain between the urban, snobby, privileged elite and the rural rustics. This has happened in Egypt, Rome, and as far back as pre human history. It's happening right now in the United States, because the Red vs Blue dynamic is simply the newest manifestation of the ages old feud
I don't know... it seems to be more of a class divide than an urban/rural divide. The rich and powerful want to keep all those riches and power and stomp on any of the lower class that tries to get any of either. The urban factory workers are screwed just as much as the rural farm workers. Corporations like Kuat and Seinar are really the big winners under the Empire
@@charlesbechen821 I do agree with you, but two things can be true at once, and there are multiple lines upon which we naturally divide. Take my home Washington State for example. To outsiders we are basically just Seattle and a solid blue state. However more counties are red than blue during elections, because most counties in Washington are rural agriculture communities. I grew up in a ranching town myself yet most people imagine I live near Seattle. However there are lots of people in Seattle more "poor" than me so we really aren't in different social classes financially, but our cultural experiences are far different
Sure is weird that blue states have more workers rights and red states have less workers rights. Not that there arent snotty elites....plenty of them are red. Im not red. Im also definately not elite lol. The Republican Party literally represents big giant corpirate interests and the wealthy more than anyone. Plenty of elites are socially conservatives, and plenty of non elites arent.
I feel I have to question if separatism or having multiple states in the Star Wars Galaxy is a great idea. Everyone cites the cultural and economic differences between the Core and the Outer Rims meaning that one unified state is going to have unfairness between the two. However would a separate state really be the answer? I mean, what if they went to war with each other? Maybe the Outer Rim hoards their resources from the Core. Maybe the Core hoards technology and money from the Outer Rim. Or maybe there is a long cold war between the two. We kind of see this with Star Wars The Old Republic between the Republic and the Sith Empire. And we also see this with the Clone Wars. Sure, one can point out the two states need each other to survive, but we know of many bigots from long military lines in the Core and the Outer Rim has many warrior cultures. There would be a lot of war hawks with plenty of power. It’s basically one reason I support the Galactic Republic. One government and there is peace. Granted, there has to be a lot of decentralization or else one gets the Galactic Empire. Or a civil war between two species or cultures. Still, I’m doubtful if multiple governments is a good idea. Just look back at our history. We wish we could have a one world government that every state is answerable to.
@@MothMAN351 True as many people point out, the Outer Rim knows itself better than anybody else and there won’t be serious inequality since everyone would start out the same. However I wonder if this is just replacing one problem with another. What happens if two superpowers or more rose up? Even if there were multiple small governments instead of two galactic governments, a few of these factions will rise above the others. Without one government uniting everyone, what’s to stop rivals, planets with grudges, or those seeking power to start wars? And it’s pretty easy to make a superweapon in Star Wars apparently. Maybe I should be viewing this as each method of governance, one united state vs multiple states, as each having their own strengths and weaknesses. It’s just that from my point of view, the latter’s cons outweigh the pros. I mean, look at our world right now. Of course again, the biggest counter to one unified government is to show life under the Galactic Empire. That was just a few decades, so imagine that for centuries. Still, multiple states could eventually come into conflict, especially in a galaxy as hostile and armed as the Star Wars Galaxy.
Tarkin really is a cross over character. Grand moff Wilhurf Tarkin is a mediocre and squeamish Warhammer 40K General landed in the Star Wars universe, desperately trying to find his bearings. That Tarkin is only going exterminatus on a few planets with filthy xenos that are defying the god emperor by dearing to draw a breath is holding back. Holy Terra, in a future far, far away would not be overly amused by Tarkin's hesistancy and slowenly behaviour in subduing the separtist Hesrtland.

I find his methodology and efficency to be proof that the Empire should've kept Clones around longer instead of phasing them out completly, and how his execution at the hands of a imperial officer trying to cover up his incompitence was probaly one of the worst choices any officer in the empire made.
A cool what if scenario is what if the deactivation code failed and the droid army remained operational
1:43 toy sabers is old, and expensive.
I love your video keep up the good work
First time listing to your video on a headset... your voice is.... nice.
It's Carrion Plateau, the Carrion Spike was the Stealth Ship from the Clone Wars
When did the emperor actually plan of using order 66?
Like if windu didn’t attempt to arrest him
I read a comment where someone said they didn’t like how Dooku was portrayed in the episode as it makes him a “mustache-twirling” villain.
I think that would make a good novel, Disney would just screw up making a movie of it.
I finally watched the bad batch season 2 and I hope you do an episode on why all the clones are only in phase 2 armor including the LAAT pilots.
The ignition sequence is TERRIBLE! like... hold on bro, have to let my saber warmup...
Palpatine likely corroborated his story to cover him.
also after Operation durges lance and then the coruscant push the republic had very zero fuks to give about mercy and trials
It’s interesting how Raxus was selected as the center for the Confederacy. I would think Serrano would be the capital due to Count Dooku being the head but I guess astrography is the main factor to decide this!
Also the fact the Cis senate was on raxus and raxus had much more in terms of infustructer
Also if it was on Sereno it would have amplified the idea that the count was the true power which would have made many cis citizens angry
Lowkey CIS we’re the good guys
Can you please continue the separatist alliance vs earth series please
Hey what did it cost to clone the army in the clone wars
Sins of the father.
Wouldn't places that hated Droids because of clone wars Also love g
Jedie. And place that were former separatist hate Jedi but love Droids
Can you please continue the separatist alliance vs earth series’s please
My big problem with own a saber is that they don't have any of the propper extendable lightsabers. They just have detachable blades.
Yavin IV, the Empire's greatest defeat. I mean, sure, Endor saw the death of Vader and the emperor, as well as the collapse of thr Empire as a whole, but that's nothing compared to the death of Tarkin and a few stormtroopers...
When Star Wars did squid games before squid games did. Therefore squid games is the mercenary games😂
Long live the Confederacy of independent systems The outer Rim will rise again
The Dark Times era >>>>>>
The Galactic Empire nationalized their asses
Raxus is their key energy production facility!
Sorry... wrong universe
You do realize that North, South, East and West have absolutely zero meaning in space.
0:13 “-have always been utter dog shit” 😂😂😂
Wait are you telling. Me that they just took two plants name from Dune smashed them together and made a planet in Starwars?
Yikes. First two episodes of season two were tropey and boring (imo). Hopefully it picks up.
Damn that female imperial Officer was dummy thicc.
What happened to the dolphin population when Palpatine took over?
@Homer Nooo it can't be. Thats impossible!
He used Sith alchemy turning them into canned tuna fish for Stormtroopers.
So long and thanks for all the fish!
Palpatine probably weaponized the dolphins.🤷
No wonder Alan is pro-Empire
Yo
I would say the battle of Endor was worse for the empire kinda like their midway
If the Republicans did damage to doing the clone wars why were only Droids hated
It is payback time for those traitors.
✌
Nah one galactic government is awful
Idea the outer rim has every reason of self determination.
PORG!!!!!!!!!PORG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PORG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They said me!!!!!
Squid Game 😂
Tarkin really is a cross over character.
Grand moff Wilhurf Tarkin is a mediocre and squeamish Warhammer 40K General landed in the Star Wars universe, desperately trying to find his bearings. That Tarkin is only going exterminatus on a few planets with filthy xenos that are defying the god emperor by dearing to draw a breath is holding back. Holy Terra, in a future far, far away would not be overly amused by Tarkin's hesistancy and slowenly behaviour in subduing the separtist Hesrtland.
Warhammer is cringe and reeks of tiny pp energy
Sounds a lot like what the US government did to the Confederate southern states after the civil war.
Wish for more Earth 🌎🌍 in Star Wars videos soon
Cool video. Been enamored with rocketry and space since I watched the moon landing. I think we should put Elon Musk into space. That way he can just suck his rockets into orbit. 😉
The videos and research done for Generation Tech very detailed. But, really Allen you could dress less causal. The t-shirts and skull caps just bring down your credibility. At least upgrade to polo shirt perhaps with Rebel Alliance logo
Hey Alan why aren't you taking about the Ukrainian Russian war
Welp ok
We just found out January 6th was fake
No it wasn't. Just like we went to the Moon, The Earth is round, JFK is dead and human.
Dan mat bang cach ia truoc nha. Kieu vay.
Aliens da danh ROI. Thang nhanh qua.

Sounds a lot like what the US government did to the Confederate southern states after the civil war.
