I've since made improvements to it, I can give u the code if u wanna see it some day, my friend's valley is almost like urs, and I grow more and more jealous of hers each day❤

I always thought that as a Switch player my valley would never look as nice as those who play on PC as it would simply be too hard to decorate. You've proven me wrong and now I'm soo inspired to get back to sprucing up my valley!!

@@ilybarbiegirlI fully decorate with D pad only. It’s definitely doable it just takes a little longer than a pc player would. Don’t bother using the right joystick ATALL it’s too frustrating
As a newbie DDV player that literally started my game today, I cant wait to get to this point!
There are so many aspects that I love but I think the coolest ideas that inspired me was the little neighborhood for the original disney characters (Goofy, Mickey, Minnie) and the Pillar garden in the Forgotten Lands! My jaw dropped when I saw it, it looks awesome! Wonderful! Oh and the way you decorated Maui & Ariel's homes. I am a beginner (less than 100 hours so far) so my goal is to get the characters and finish the main quests before I even really attempt decorating lol plus I need to hoard materials likes nobody's business 😅
I looooove how you decorated the Glade and I am soooo inspired right now. I will totally drive a bulldozer into my Glade after I finish your video! Time to start over!

@@courtneyhruska1577 the root arches? They’re in the landscaping second of furniture mode, under “trees” I believe. They’re a free item, so you can use as many as you want/need!

Wow sitting here watching this makes me feel horrible for my villagers 🤣 this is absolutely amazing! I never thought for a second to seriously sit down and change things up. I just randomly pick places to throw stuff and that’s it. lol
What a stunning valley, Tink! I love the feel of your glade enclosed with so many large swamp trees and the candy area. I may take inspiration from the stepping stones up to Maui’s house. What a phenomenal idea! Can’t wait to see what you do in your valley next!

I have to say I was kind of sad watching this video, because I went through some stuff in life that kept me from playing for for several months, and I’m realizing how many items I missed out on. I’m hoping that as they come out of early access, they will re-release some of these pieces; particularly, I’d like to see some of the star paths made available again.
Thank you so much!! Missing some items can definitely be hard. So far, they’ve said the star paths and items won’t come back, but they might change their minds. If not, there will definitely be tons of fun new items to come!

This whole island is #Goals! I tend to place a straight path and place everything in a square. I really want to learn to create paths like this. I’m inspired to move Maui and Ariel’s homes further away from the beach! There was not a single thing I didn’t like about it! It is so beautiful! Thanks for sharing! 🌠🎖️🌟💫

Your Valley is so pretty. I love it. I’m currently working on my Forgotten Lands and turning it into my Halloween Town and keeping it Halloween all year long. And the other Biome I have complete is the Plaza which I turned into Wall-E and my Ultimate Dream Garden.

just out of curiousity what’s your item limit at? the /600 and /3000 numbers! I always feel like I can’t fully decorate because 3000 is just too small of a limit but this has inspired me so much! I’m already over 2k times and have only decorated maybe 50-60% of my valley

@@1Margaret i know now! If you have a dream style purchased and not applied to your house, than the dream style house appears as just “a house” in the houses options in furniture mode! Each dreamstyle house put as a decoration in your valley even has their own 4 rooms to decorate!!

This is absolutly stunning. My only thing is, how playable is the valley when its so beautiful decorated? And isnt it frustrating to constantly having to remove herbs and nightthorns from the decorated area? Ive given up on decorating because of the constant spawns 😂

I had no idea you could centrelize the flowers growing. Your village is sooo pretty. I also had no idea you could actually put Ariel's castle in the water, can she still get around the valley in her human form. How do we contain the flowers to one area?
Thank you 💙 Yes, Ariel is fine getting to and from her house on the water, even when she’s in human form! For the flowers, I just move them where I want them to be in furniture mode, and they stay there until I pick them. If you pick the flowers, they will grow in a random spot again, though

It's just a lot of time and trial and error! I play mostly on PC, so I do have an increased item limit. I think I was around 4,500 items here

Love this so much, and I’m so inspired… You’ve done an insane job! Quick question… When you move the homes further away from the beach are you not able to access them? I moved Maui’s, and now I can’t get to it.
Thank you so much! if talk to the villager, there’s an option like “let’s go to your house” or something similar. That will teleport you to their home. if I need to, I just pull the house to the shore for a minute if the villager is home and I need them in a pinch

Thank you! The path I used is called "Brick Road." There are two versions you can craft: one with borders and one without borders. I used the one with the border.

They're not stones actually! I used the bordered loose gravel path; it has those stones built-in as the border

Mike and Sulley’s apartment is a player house skin that rotates through the premium shop in-game! You can make it your main house or you can place it as a separate building

Can you still enter Maui's home even it is so far from the walkable beach?
It’s not possible to walk out to it, but when you talk to any of the characters with homes that can be placed on the water, there’s an option that says something like “go to your house” that will teleport you into their home. On the rare instances I need to go into Maui’s, I either do that or go into furniture mode and move it to shore then move it back when I’m done
