Squizzy Gold Dog Taylor Gday Squizzy , The Gold Bug 2 is a great vlf but isn’t waterproof, iv got mates that use the Gold Monster and regularly find gold with it , the Nox is pretty pricey by the time you buy the small coil , hard to go past the Kruzer, waterproof to 5m , wireless headphones, Target ID for $1,100 , good luck with your detecting 👍🏼⛏
was the (target in the quartz) gold? I keep finding pyrite and chalcopyrite in quartz, and they give numbers ranging from 38 to 44 on the screen .. never found gold .. so it is important to know if gold in quartz give the same numbers .. Thanks for your help
Gday mate , yes that was gold in the quartz , the area I’m detecting in that video is a quartz reef with pipe clay the old timers pulled out , you need to detect ground that the old timers worked so you know that you are in a know gold field , and yes targets ID’s in the high 40’s - 50’s are usually gold , hope that helps 👍🏼⛏

@@jcmining9450 why dont you try another strategy; checking quartz veins, every single one you meet,, i keep finding things in quartz veins that are near the peak of hills .. I am just suggesting .. you may find a fortune there .. if you want to try that someday, check every single rock from all three sides, I bet you will find much more than what can be found scattered here and there .... 🌹🌹
@@S13402 sounds good but 99% of quartz doesn’t carry gold , the old timers done all the hard work , I’m just picking up the little bits they left behind , happy hunting 👍🏼⛏

Not sure Sam I use it in the Victorian bush , probably depends on how mineralized your ground is , PI machine may be better ?
