Because of corruption that start from low level law enforcement like corrupt police and panchayat officials to popular judges and politicians who make laws for rich and pther powerful ppl. * Y do u think we have such a wide income wage gap. *we have more billionaires than China but more ppl living under poverty than any other country * we have low literacy rate and high unemployment The few powerful 10% is draining everything from the general public

Look at all the India's neighbours, Only bhutan is stable and doing good. Its because they do not hate or are jealous of India and Indians, infact they listen to whatever India suggests them. On the other hand we have Nepal with whom India has even older relations, but somehow Nepalese believe that India wants bad for them and wants to harm them, let them think like that. Hamara kya hi jaa raha hai.
Bhutan is peaceful, grateful, very similar culture & mentality in achieving goals as India although so many hurdles and challenges ahead ,,,, After making helping Bangladesh in plenty of areas and got them freedom from Pakistan still ungrateful to India,,,
