For eg we roughly pay Rs 40/- per sqft for paint (interior) So, in such scenario...it may cost Rs 3500/- plus per sqft or much more
It depends on various other factors like size of column, Depth of foundation, Type of false ceiling, Electrical and sanitary brands etc. But yes you can smartly manage these expenses from 1400-1450 per sqft in mumbai

Yes bro..you are right.. maine ground flour 1270 square feet + 1st flour 1000 sqare feet banya.. isi month complete hua.. mujhe 1350 rs square feet pada..fully furnished ..with A one bricks, Acc cement, with plinth beams and kamdhenu tmt, supreme cpvc pipes, 2 lacs on two kitchen for cup boards, asian Plastic paint and outside exterior best quality paint, havels wire, very haevy elevation with tiles, 100 rs per square feet marble used for about 2000 square feet, , 50000 gate, 130 rs per square feet granite used about 300 sqfeet.. 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, Sagwan wood and labour 180 rs per square feet for contractor.. I myself made this . It costs me about 1350 rs per square feet total ground and 1st flour
Brother you forget to mention waterproofing charges of washrooms and terrace, Water sump is included or not Borewell and fitting charges Safety grills etc I appreciate your efforts thumb rule it's helpful.

Sir, mera 500 sq feet, two storey ghar h (3BHK - in which 1 BHK on ground floor and two room set+ bathroom in 1st floor). M 2nd floor construct karwana chahta hu similar to 1st floor (2 room + bathroom+ mounty + tile lanter). Kitna cost aa sakta h..???? Thanks in advance.

Very Usefull information, can u please another video in which u explain about Stage wise cost e.g. Stage 1, total cost at Plinth level, Stage 2, toal cost at GF level
Stage 3, total cost at plaster work
Stage 4, total cost at flooring
Stage 5, total cost after electrical and sanitary fitting
Stage 6, total cost after wood work.
