SPECTACULAR Westinghouse Glass & Internal Elevators - Hilton Hotel in Atlanta, GA

Now we ride the main elevators at the Hilton Atlanta. As you can tell by the thumbnail, this is one of the most popular hotspots in terms of elevator photography. TH-cam user DieselDucy filmed these back in 1993 as his very first elevator video ever! This bank features eight cars. Four of them are internal elevators that serve all the guest floors, the other four are the glass elevators. Two of the glass elevators feature an outside view of downtown Atlanta while the other two feature an inside view of the atrium. One of the glass elevators only serves the lobby, lower level, and Nikolai's Roof level. I tried to get a ride in all of the eight cars, but apparently, one of the inside glass elevators got stuck. At some point, I will be muting out the part where I talked after a lady who rode with me apologized for ruining my video, possibly because I wasn't able to get a non-stop ride 'cause of her LMAO. Anyways enjoy!
During my take of these, I encountered a crowd of people who rode with me (not sure how many). They were all pretty supportive of what I was doing. I did tell them that I am an elevator enthusiast and I post elevator videos on TH-cam that people can watch. I also did show them my TH-cam Channel as well. However, that clip will not be included in this video. How 'bout we get at least 10 likes on this video and I'll upload it clip as a quickevator video eh?
My Thoughts:
These guys are absolutely STUNNING, even though the configuration may be confusing for some people. I absolutely love their amazing speed and the view from the glass elevators, both outside and inside. I also really like how it tells you to tap your key card if you try to access a locked floor, which is quite unusual to hear. I usually hear this on Mitsubishi's but it only tells you that the floor is locked if you try to select it. But again, these elevators are beautiful. Plus I hope that these aren't fully keycarded off like what happened at the Hiltons at McCormick Place last month.

I think car #3 no longer works. I watched QE Elevators' video and Elevation321's video and it was broken then. It was broken when I was her too.

They did get chaged fixtures modded starting in late 1998 to sometime in 1999 and then cabs got moded in late 2009 to somewhere in 2010 carpet got changed too many times even in 2021
