Kiryowa Kiwanuka takes over from Byarugaba as Attorney General. It’s a change of faces not office!

The attorney general’s Chambers is baffled with the limited numbers of state attorney’s to the chambers supposed cases of public interest and the limited funds allocated to it to play its’ role.
This was disclosed when the outgoing Attorney General William Byaruhanga was handing over office to the incoming Attorney General Kiryowa Kiwanuka at a function held at the Attorney General’s office in Kampala.
