Led Zeppelin is one of the most influential and successful bands in the history of rock, formed in England in 1968 by former Yardbird guitarist Jimmy Page. During its 12-year career, this band published eight albums that in total have sold more of 300 million copies worldwide, becoming classified by the press as a band obsessed by power, volume and melodramatic resources that contrast with the subtlety of other British artists, becoming classified in a simplistic way as a band heavy metal
In this video, through their music you will meet the band that managed to transform the blues, folk, psychedelic rock and hard rock of the 60s into songs with a powerful unique and unmatched sound full of dynamism, lights and shadows, expressiveness and versatility to the point of being a band with highly emotional songs like the music of the great stars of early rock.

Led Zeppelin are the overlords of music, not just rock. They are their own genre. If their music was a quiz show, people would say as soon as you have the answer they change the question. THE GOATS!!!

Talking about Stairway and the obsession at the time of listening for subliminal messages by playing an album backwards, and preachers pounding the podiums about devils and evil with rock music, etc., I think of how things are and have been in places like Europe and here and the differences.
Where the people over there seem to take more in stride. They seem to embrace learning and knowledge, don't freak out over things. Get so scandalized about things. We tend to be somewhat conservative (not talking politics but, as a society), and a bit moralistic and bit backwards. Just an observation.
As for the songs of Zeppelin, I have loved this group since I was a teen in the 70s. Their music still speaks volumes and stands the test of time. They are indeed GOATs.

Thank you for your comments, apparently the population of countries with a high rate of religious followers are those who become obsessed with searching for subliminal messages everywhere.

There will never be another Led Zeppelin, so I guess I consider myself extremely lucky to have seen them and 3X was more of a blessing ! 💯 🎸 🔥 ✌🏼 😎 🇬🇧 🇺🇸

This band transcends what a supergroup was, 4 extremely talented musicians. 2 of which cut their teeth in the studios working with other acts. Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones were very sought-after studio musicians . The talent level of just those 2 alone was enormous. Add a voice like Robert Plant , then add arguably the quintessential template for what a rock drummer should sound like. You get a once in a lifetime anomaly. When they went on tour, they sold out shows night after night. Stadium record breakers Tampa 1973 and Pontiac Silverdome 1977 ( 88 thousand plus and that is for a single act). Did they have issues, yes. If you are on top of the mountain, you can't stay forever. Even now, they are still popular even with younger listeners. Timeless some of their songs are. We may never have another Led Zeppelin. But that's okay. We are still enjoying what they have accomplished.

This video sounds like it was written (and narrated) by AI. Whether or not, it could have used a good editor or fact checker. So many little (and big) goofs, like the suggestion that any of the lyrics of "Stairway to Heaven" were written at Aleister Crowley's former property in Scotland (which Jimmy Page did own for a time). Robert Plant has said (more than once) that the lyrics for "Stairway" were written mostly at Bron-yr-Aur, and finished up at Headly Grange right before he recorded the vocals. The most egregious error, of course, is the mangling of the name of Robert Plant's late son--who was Karac Pendragon, not Karac Pendra. I did appreciate some of the footage and still photos of the band, quite a few of which I have never seen before. Other than that...about what I expected.

Thank you very much for your comments, the writing of the script is reviewed by various media and you are right in some places the name is Karac Pendragon and in others they summarize it as Karac Pendra, only the voice is A.I. to guarantee pronunciation but for everything else we strive to make it quality content. Thanks for watching and commenting :D
