All about setting proper projections Last year for this brand we failed to keep stock. I made a promise that this year that would not happen. We set projections in January using our growth guide sheet and were able to predict this growth. We still exceed our targets, but we were much more prepared.
@@Whoisnakamoto2 Yeah we have our "growth guide" sheet in our EVOLVE program which has the video going over projections. As for forecasting inventory, you will still have to do that. This just helps project sales & set targets www.skool.com/evolve-8484/about
How do you go about spending 6 figure in Facebook ads, Im referring to payment method. Do you use agency accounts? Also is it cc or credit line accounts?
Yo Spencer I really appreciate the value you share to us in every video it means a lot to us beginners, quick question do you and shaun also teach or tell your students inside of evolve to have funnels when doing a good high output of creatives like listicles, advertorials, etc or you guys preach mainly just very good converting creatives/static ads > shopify landing page?, really simple stuff basically? asking since i would like to be inside of evolve bro
Apprecite it bro! We have an entire CRO program inside evolve that talks about complete customer journeys. Here is an example: th-cam.com/video/85lRnC7GrNM/w-d-xo.html
If I had stable and profit campaign for few days, and then suddenly the next day for another few days I didn’t get any sales or even adds to cart at all. What should I do? Didn’t touch the creatives, landing page or budget…
Just leave it and focus on launching more ad creatives. We sell to real people - not robots. So bad days are expected. Focus on what you can control - which at your stage sounds like testing more ad creatives.
@ I thought at start to duplicate the campaign and close the current one only to refresh his data and get him out from learning limited. Do you think the problem is in the creatives that cause this drastic drop in the performance? Besides the creatives, touch the budget?
Really hope you answer that. I just started my ecom journey in Germany and I watched 200 or 300 videos about dropshipping in the last 30 days. My 1 question I would like to know, is how much worth it to buy Fb ads? Every time I see people don’t get less than 2 ROAS there, means Fb will really give you opportunity to make nice cash, if your shop and creatives are good?
My answer would be start taking action. You won’t fully learn until you take action. You can watch 1,000 more videos. But you won’t be able to fully learn until you take action. So stop consuming & take more action 🤞
Would you say your evolve community is more beginner friendly for people just coming into the ecom industry or for established brands or is there a particular rev milestone one needs to be hitting before trying to join? (I say this as a complete noob)
Yo! To be 100% honest. No. It's definitely not a beginner program for people that want to start in eCom. That said, if you're looking to learn more about Facebook ads and just want an entire process on marketing, you 100% can be a beginner and go through the program. But if you are looking for a program on how to get started in eCom or how to find the products, etc. then we are not the program for you. Most of our brands that come into the program are doing $50k+ per month with their store. Or they are an agency owner wanting to learn how to deliver better results for their clients.
@@spencerpawliw Thanks, really appreciate the reply, I'll focus on mastering the basics and building a solid, consistently scaling brand. Looking forward to joining when I'm at that point 🙏🙏
700 k a day sounds good but with what ROAS or ROI? if you spent 50000 most likely it's good that's 14 ROAS but if you spent 100,000 that's just 7 and you could been loosing money on it. Or it is from organic?
'just a 7 ROAS'. Bro I don't think you know a lot about ecom. 7 ROAS is insanely good and likely he did not get a 7 ROAS with 700k rev in one day. A ROAS of 2 would be insane for most people with a 700k sale day.
@@KaanAyfer I am a smaller spender compared to him-I spent 50k last month + clients. I've been doing PPC for 8 years, and my average ROAS is 14. However, I focus on niche products in specific, smaller EU countries, where there's usually less competition. For that reason, a 7 ROAS feels low to me. That said, profitability is the ultimate goal. If he has a margin of over 50% on his products, that's what truly matters if he got 20% on that 700k that's 140000. Pretty good salary for a day lol
Kaan is right 😅 most brands kill for a 2-4x ROAS at this kind of scale. But we actually ran this at a 6x blended ROAS and were advertising in the US / CA / AU only So the brand was incredible profitable (over 40% margins)
@@spencerpawliw yeah EU is an other animal. The regulations are crazy hard in every single country different certifications needed. But I got lucky with Alibaba found a really good manufacturer.

How do you finance that amount of inventory to do such numbers? When do you decide to take more risks in terms of inventory?
