Aron huh? That’s a Pokémon her manga counterpart, Sapphire, has. There’s a bunch of weird but also fun Hoenn Pokémon and I can’t wait to see which Pokémon she will eventually catch.

I'm so happy this prompt won the poll. I love seeing May's new adventure here. Even the changes to Ash's story are nice to see. May's Marill remains such an interesting character, and I'm excited to see more of her new Aron. The gym battle was awesome and I love that Torchic evolved so much earlier in this story. I'm hyped to see May vs. Wattson!
Hope Brendan (Ruby) appears in this what if series to be May's main rival in the League side similar to Drew as her main contest rival in the original series.
Loving this story so far.
Really liking the Pokemon that May is picking up.
One of the problems I had with her canon team didn't really reflect Hoenn all that well.
Even if she was going the contest route she could have had so many cute Pokemon that Hoenn represents so well.
Instead she has two Kanto starters, a Munchlax, and a Glaceon.
I really hope her team continues to draw from what is actually in Hoenn.

This is a thought that came to mind for a possible future what if Lucario ended up in Naruto. Yeah seems random for a crossover what if but seeing Lucario run like the Naruto characters do made me wonder what if be like if Sir Arron’s Lucario ended up there somehow.
This was a great episode. Seeing the evolutions and how ash acts as a mentor for may is cool.
Hopefully chorfish evolves in this timeline

Hope May catches a really out there pokemon for her. One that doesn't fit but works to show this is a AU. Seviper, Sharkpedo, or Mightyena for examples.
