- भारत के पूर्व उप-राष्ट्रपति मोहम्मद हामिद अंसारी ने कहा है कि पैग़ंबर हज़रत मोहम्मद को लेकर दिए गए बयान के बाद अब तक प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की ख़ामोशी संयोगवश नहीं हैं, इसके कुछ मायने हैं. बीबीसी संवाददाता इक़बाल अहमद से ख़ास बातचीत में उन्होंने कहा कि इसका यही मतलब निकाला जा सकता है कि वो इससे असहमत नहीं हैं या फिर वो इन सबको अपनी मंज़ूरी देते हैं और दोनों बातें ग़लत हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि इस पूरे मामले पर उन्हें विपक्षी पार्टियों के रवैये से भी बहुत मायूसी हुई है.
