I was in need to understand where he was and what the culture was like and I stumbled on your videos. I was comforted by your videos because we had not ever lived apart from each other, so knowing another person that was from my area of Dartmouth was living there and was safe and happy made me feel better about him being so far away. I walk by the lake by that path all the time. Thank you for all your videos!

I think you could live there with no problem. I know you said it was too cold for most of the year, but Korea has other issues--weather, space.air standard, etc. I know I have lived my life as a native Californian so how can I comment, but I am of the opinion that if I had been born some place else with lots of snow, I would have adapted. I would still love you and watch you if you lived in Halifax rather than Korea, because you are very skilled at making quality videos.
+Lisa Ellis We love to visit every summer, but wouldn't want to live here. I (Sarah) lived in Nova Scotia for over 24 years and still was never able to adapt to how cold it is for the majority of the year. Some people may not be bothered by such weather, but we both experience seasonal affect disorder and feel really down in the dumps during long stretches of cold, dreary weather. Aside from weather, there are really no job opportunities here for us at all. We have far more freelance opportunities in Seoul, so we can comfortably divide our time between work and running our channel. Halifax and Seoul are both fantastic cities that we love, but they each have their pros and cons.
