Hi, A little late to the game here but I have a question if someone would be kind enough, If I had 10 identical collars and 5 identical handsets, can each handset see the location of the other 4 handsets and all 10 collars simultaneously? Thanks in advance
I would to buy with the training collar,I would to know if the training with vibration or sound in collar can be used in the long distance like 1000meter or must be close to communicate, thank you..
Good evening, inside the Alpha200i handheld I inserted a 64gb memory card. I tried to install satellite images via Base camp directly on the memory card and up to here everything is OK. But I noticed that PDA doesn't load these maps that are on the card. Is there any problem?. Thanks
Hello. I was wondering if you could let me know what the two extra buttons on the side do? I have an alpha 100 currently and its so annoying switching between pages on the dog training screen. If those buttons on the side could quickly cycle you through training pages that would be ideal. Can they do that ?
No problem. They are a great new feature. At the top of the screen there can be a programmable bar. Default is bar 1 with map, compass add waypoint. Just click on the small icons and they take you directly to each function. I then have 2 other bars, each one for each collar, allowing you to instantly tone, vibrate or operate the collar they are set to. Hope this makes sense.
Hi Milos. Thanks for your interesting comment. Are you wanting to pair the handsets together so you can see each others position, dogs and message each other. If so it certainly should do as it pairs with Atemos and Alpha systems. Hope this helps.

Hi Kieran. Yes there is in the U.K., but not so much on the 'G.P.S.' system itself but with dog tracking devices it is the VHF frequency which talks between the handset and the collar that is the issue.
@@deertrackingservices is this essentially the difference between the UK 'K series' and the USA 'T series' that are sold in the US. I ask as I've seen a few promotional and review videos of the T5X and TT15X but the Garmin UK website only sells K5 and K5X so am unsure if the videos relating to the T series are applicable to K series... EDIT: does the UK K series also drop the 'stim' functionality of the US T series; I think that's essentially a small electric shock?
Hi Alex. The UK versions are the 'K' and yes, basically it down to the frequency the handsets and collars communicate on. The K5 has now been replaced by the newer K 5X of which we have plenty of stock. The T & TT models are the US versions and TT is track & train (shock). A shock version is not and will not be available in the UK. Hope this answers your question, but if not please reach out to us again.
I can’t figure out what countries the K series is legal. I know Italy, and now I see UK as well. But what about other European countries, such as France, Switzerland, etc.?

The new K 5X has up to 80 hours battery life, sleep mode and USB connectivity for software updates.

Hi Zsegugi. I think the main problem you have is that the 200i can only cope with a of 32gb memory card. Hope this helps.
