Thanks for the cozy soup content.
Im trying out a new soup these days. Amy’s brand “Southwestern Veggie”. Its good. I spice it up too with pepper, tumeric, sumac, little bit of tahini…and of course seaweed. There’s another one Im gonna get its “Chunky veggie”. Have you ever tried enoki mushrooms..? I see them in so many videos they look great for soups. I may try them soon🥰

You’re welcome lovely 🥰 Yummmm those both sound delicious!! I may need to try them myself lol tahini is a game changer, you seen the viral Dubai chocolate? It has tahini in its ingredients. Blew my mind lol I always considered tahini as a savory flavor. I guess it pairs well with sweet chocolate and nutty pistachio. I haveeee they’re actually really good and when cooked properly they digest really well lol if not yeah let’s not test that. Great addition to any soup. Lmk when you do 💪🏽

@@NafisaWasHeree I haven’t tried the Dubai chocolate because I think the chocolate has milk in it.
I used to like chocolate a lot when I wasn’t 100% vegan, but like I’m not drawn to the sweet stuff anymore I just like salty stuff . Yeah tahini is a game changer. Have you ever heard ofd of Halava.? it’s like an Eastern European in/maybe Mediterranean dessert. It’s like ground sesame, but sweetened and made into like a candy bar. You can find them with chocolate covered as well. As a kid. We were allowed to have junk food since it was sesame we were allowed to have it. If you like tahini, I think you’d love halava. I’m going by my H Mart after work today. I’m gonna see if they have Inoki mushrooms. I wanna add them to the soup.

I haven’t tried it either but it does look good. I’m not big on sweets but I do love fruit. Ahhh that’s right my apologies for forgetting that 😅 I love salty and sour foods as well. Never heard of it but I will look it up. Yes yes please do lol

Ya Im not i to sweets much now.
Being sad at the end of the night, especially when it’s chilly out I will take some almond milk and microwave it and I’m not gonna lie. I will put a splash of brandy in it. it’s not so much to satisfy sweet tooth. I think it’s just like my version of a nightcap. I don’t know. I may just be making excuses. I still like fruit myself, but I find it tedious to buy anymore. I don’t trust farmers not to have messed with the produce. Even if I buy canned fruit, I will still cook it in the microwave just in case there’s any bacteria. But ya if you love tahini with a little tiny bit of sweetness, try to find Halavah. it’s kind of intense and has to be taken in small doses just like when or if you’ve ever had like those maple syrup candies from Vermont or marzipan. Very intense flavors that only need to be sampled. I did see a package of uncooked enoki mushrooms at my H Mart tonight when I picked up that other Amy’s veggie soup that I mentioned earlier, which is really good by the way. The Inoki mushrooms were just like plain uncooked unseasoned and I just don’t have the energy to do all of that right now. I will hopefully soon but not now.
