Escape from DeVil Manor is an animated point and click adventure and sidequel to Disney's 101 Dalmatians movie (1961). Cruella's henchmen Horrace and Jasper have kidnapped the dalmatian puppies. You play as one of the pups named Peaches. Save your friends and escape Cruella's villa.

I played this game years ago and it was so much fun. I always played it with the music off to give me a more realistic feel.
The funny part in the game is when Jasper slips and got his head in the toilet 😂🚽 nice walk through video by the way

Was there not a part of this game where they were in like an industrial factory setting with a bunch of baskets on a conveyer belt trying to avoid Cruella? I remember that game so specifically and I’m dying to see it!!

Okay I’m watching it for the first time and I do wonder, which Car is going to appear the VR8 or the W12 & also I know in filming it had a V8 but-in the context of the film I think it had the W12 or at least a prototype one given to Miss De-Vil under a super-serious promise to only Advertise It As Her V8 Powered Luxuries Car 25:38 The (W12) is her Engine in the Video
Omg I remember always playing this game at my cousins I always wanted to play it with her when we were youngins omg I'd take this game over some of the ps4 games I have I love artistic games I'm so glad I'm not the only one who enjoys artistic games this games atmosphere was quite frightening I remember always wanting to play it cause my cousin had this game such a great graphical game games have gone to shit now omg I remember I was like hey look to my cousin and how cruella devil yelled.....NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO and made that face with the bucket on her head and she made that face my cousin mocked her and I laughed so hard the childhood mannnnnn bless-ed be openly a gay man and Wiccan and thank you so much for bringing a game that brought back memories my grandma led me here in spirit thank you for playing a great game they should bring all these gems back and bring these not the shit games nowadays only one that was enjoyable was the resident evil 2 remake why would I compare that game to this.......both great graphics and gameplay and just put. I was so obsessed with this game but I lost it when we moved. I was devastated so I drew up “Lost Game” flyers and posted them around my house and let one fly in the wind outside hoping some stranger would find it. Then one Christmas I got it again and my dad told me about the wonders of eBay lol

I had this game back in the day and I loved it! The graphics still look good today imo and this came out all the way back in 1997. They should have made more adventure games in this style. Devil Manor is great as kid's adventure game but they could have made some really good looking point and click adventure games in this style. It is pretty similar to Curse of Monkey Island.
I used to always find games like this mesmerizing as a kid, and would study all the details in every environment, trying to get as absorbed into the world as possible. I think a lot of it had to do with the fact that there weren't really any other platforms at the time, that would allow you to play games that had this type of graphics and voice acting and stuff. It was either the 2-D side-scrollers of the Super Nintendo and/or Sega Genesis, or the polygon-riddled graphics of the Nintendo 64 and/or PlayStation. There was something about games like this that felt really timeless, captivating and unique.

Oh man, i remember playing this when i was young. I was never able to finish it though.
I was too scared to continue because of Jasper and Horace but that was nothing compared to racing against time and never knowing how much time there is left until Cruella is back. She was what i feared the most because i knew what would happen if she came back to the Manor.
Ahh, being a child and playing this without your parents were fun times.
The mine from 57:17 to 58:28 is exactly like the end of Roger’s video game in the end of the 1996 live action remake.

I don’t know why more people don’t talk about this game, it was so oddly dark and creepy! And because you were playing as puppies that made it ever worse. We used to cover our eyes while we played.

The taxidermed bear scared me when I was young.
There’s another way to get out of the manor: set up a trap for Horace in the game room.

Holy smokes! I was born in 98 and spent my whole childhood playing 102 version, but this one looks cool! Wanna play! ❤️❤️❤️
For anyone who still has this game now, good news: This CD-ROM runs perfectly on the emulator "DosBox", with or without Windows 3.1 (per the requirements). This was a childhood gem of mine, and like others below I too got mesmerized by the details of every scene - so much that it kickstarted an interest in architecture. Before I knew how to take screenshots, I'd let the game idle and draw every detail for hours on end.
Glad to know it still works to this day.
This looks almost as good as Disney's Villains' Revenge. Wish I had a chance to play it.
This game is quite scary, because Cruella De Vil and The Baduns are villains that you see in the gameplay. Thumbs up if you noticed the evil wealthy woman on a roll of "Disney Villains Forever" postage stamps that I got for Christmas 2017.

I just think it’s genius that they combined the 1961 cartoon characters with the 1996 live action settings. Very cool! It would have been awesome if they made a Little Mermaid live action game this year with the 2023 settings.

Does anyone know the name of the game (not sure if it was 101 Dalmatian’s franchise) but it was about dogs and you would travel to different parts of the world? There was a big map. I don’t remember much else
They should have made more of these kind of games like they should have had one of Beauty and the Beast where Bell learns about The Beast past and childhood before he was turned into a Beast and find put why he was a spoiled prince and how he was raised and who his parents were.

God, I loved this game when I was little. I played it so much, I actually wore it down to the point that it didn't really work. I was heartbroken. But this makes me so happy just seeing it again.
Does anymore realize at the end of the game when you see Pongo his collar is Blue not Red like in the books & in the movies. This is fantastic thumbs up to the game designers for doing that this is how it should have been in the cartoon Movies, the TV series, books& even toys.
Pongo is a male dog his collar should be Blue and the wife's should be Red. Does anyone agree with me because the game designers apparently do.

Because some media has it where Pongo and Perdita have the wrong collar (I used to have a book that shows Pongo with a blue collar and Perdita with a red collar.)

One thing I remember from this game is that if you are caught enough times you can escape in such a way that you actually win the game.
It was a nice feature for a dumb kid like me that had never played a point and click game before and couldn't go more that 3 minutes without getting caught
