Mr. Landlord thanks for sharing your happiness with us. Now, if you can keep your tenants as happy through the decades ahead you may be able to leave something more than a massive debt to your child :)

@@JonIbrahim About what, your looks or wisdom? Watching this video and how excited you are it reminds me of my own childhood when I was buying my video game console :). Ride the sunshine until the fixed rates come for a renewal. You did the right thing getting a massive debt. People like me sadly are paying the cost as well as the future generations when banks get bailed after many will be declaring bankruptcy on their debt (including you), and all that does is ruins your credit. Whatever extra you have after covering your shelter costs and basic needs will go toward paying off that debt, which means you'll never pay it off. Now, you are just fortunate there's others who're willing to pay off your debt monthly, but what you'll do when that won't be enough? Oh, that's right sell the homes with around 30-50% paid mortgage, but in the same time not see much profit because they'll worth 30-50% less than what you paid for. I was right about bitcoin and I am telling you sell now even if its too late. I don't wanna seeing you depressed Joni :) Elon Musk was nice to warn most when he announced he is selling all his homes, and won't be owning one.

@@David-ml5tm not sure you understand how fixed rate interest works. It stays fixed until the loan is paid off. Which is being paid off my tenants like yourself who are so wise they can’t figure out how to keep any of their money. You’ve got all the answers and nothing to show for it 🤦‍♂️

@@JonIbrahim You are right, I confused it with a different interest. I want to ask you Joni, is it worth waiting 30 years for those fixed mortgages finally to be paid off by the tenants before you'll see a return on your "debt"? It's not an investment, it's just hoping there will be tenants who will continue paying off your debt. You think those tenants can't do the same you've done, which is get a debt and hope to find others to pay it? Well, if they were bankrupt they can't. It would suck to see you being a tenant in your retirement at some of the same homes you used to rent Joni. This won't be just a recession, but a depression, because U.S already bailed out the banks nearly 15 years ago, and with as a 31 trillion debt, an incoming drought, a virus that consistently mutates, an aging population and wars it will be interesting. I will tell you one thing, now it's no longer between who owns and who rents, but what's more affordable (cheaper) to live in after all the utility costs and property tax. Expect rents to only go south, because of the rising cost of taking a debt. Take care of your tenants well :)

@@David-ml5tm you said bitcoin was going to zero. And you were very wrong. Why would we think you’d be right about anything else?
