Thanks for making these video's, i really appreciate your work 🙏. We are currently in a similar situation with my dad having a cardiac arrest and and being in a coma state for the past month and half. He had a downtime of roughly 10-15 mins but we arent willing to let go. Didnt receive much support from hospital staff, just the same things that you mentioned. From day one to today we have seen many small improvements and just hoping for the best recovery possible. Thanks again for the info and resources ❤️
@marshathomas6422 Hey hes okay. Some more improvements from then, we have him at home but hes still in bed.. he smiles and reacts to everyones voice. Few things to look into that id recommend; hyperbaric oxygen therapy, acupressure, ambien. Do some research and i hope for the best for your loved one. We have only done some acupressure btw, and have been trying to get the drs to get him on ambien hopefully 10mg 3x a day, definitely something to look into.. just the Healthcare system in Canada is so shit and slow.
@hellokittydimaggio At home doing slightly better! Thanks for asking, gets challenging to manage but so much better than being at a care home. Trying everything possible to help him improve.
ty so much! ur videos have given me so much insight and hope. my daughters dad who was my highschool sweetheart and who i love VERY much. we spend every day together.. aspirated on easter causing anoxic brain injury. i administered cpr as soon as i realized there was a problem.. and out of the.. prob 15-20 times ive had to do cpr in my life.. theres only been 1 who passed and 1 besides my daughters dad.. that had brain damage that anyone found at least.. he was storming thurs and fri.. a little fever last couple days and no response to nail beds etc but last night after changing propofol to precedex or however u spell it.. and weining the fentanyl.. when i started talking to him he started slightly moving arms and fingers and mouth.. then at one point it looked like he was trying to cry. mouth turned down, eyebrows furrowed, and nose flared.. im praying hes going to be ok. i recommended ur help to his parents. ❤
@@NiyahNiy0 honestly he passed in dec. 8 months to the day from the injury. neglect was the cause.. by multiple hospitals and the facility he was staying at while we were trying to jump through their hoops to bring him home. i wish u luck and ill be praying for u. 🫶🏻💪🏻🫶🏻
@@NiyahNiy0 he had gotten to wear he got trach out.. he was laughing.. more movement even tho he got NO help.. no therapy.. never once even tried to sit him up.. he ate a few suckers at the end.. he was making ridiculous progress even w no help from anyone but me and my daughter. he would have done well i believe if he would have gotten the correct care.

I feel hopeless. My wife is in a coma has been for about 12 days. She bites down, opens her eyes. Lofts her right arm, its curled she squeeze her hand. She make faces. But nothing their. I know they are all just reflexes. I dont know how to feel. What to think. One day im ok the next i feel like dying. I feel lost. I feel like i cant go on. Idk what to do. I miss my wife. It hurts me if she wakes up she wont be the same.i have son many thoughts bkend in my mind.
My sister suffered cardiac arrest and was without oxygen for about 30 mins. She only has some brain stem activity. Does she have any chance at all of recovery? After 2 plus weeks, her eyes just give a blank stare. No reaction to anything.

Also please do tell what do you think about stem cell therapy
Thanks for this videos please tell it is possible to perform hyperbaric oxygen therapy with tracheostomy
Yes it can be done with tracheostomy
Very few ICU's can do it though
