    Deep breaths...your lovely and precious in your own way. I know anxiety is a pain to deal with and so is trauma..
    Name
    5 things you can see
    4 things you can smell
    3 things you cam touch
    2 things you can hear
    1 thing you can taste
    Or
    Breaths
    Breathe in for 5 seconds
    Hold for 8 seconds
    And out for 6
    Repet as many times as needed
    Or even simply find something that can calm you down.

      Thanks… I'm just kinda having some really bad flashbacks and nightmares recently and it's been making me really anxious so I just started writing and then thought to make a video with it

      @@The_Pigeon_King_ I know, it sucks yo talk about things, find someone you trust and make sure you can trust them. Let them know your struggling. That's the best advice I can give.
