    Congrats on your first born. Hope everyone’s healthy and well.
    This vid was awesome and the tips will be applied!
    Thoughts on old school gas welding and hammer welding. I was exposed to it one time back in the early 90’s, I found the mans skills unbelievable and never thought I’d ever use the technique...... years later, I kinda regret that I let that opportunity go.

    Nice video, that's the way I was taught, leaded seams too. Still have my dollies, spoons, body files and hammers. Congratulations on the new arrival, life will never be the same again, but in a good way. It's magical to watch them grow and develop their own characters. Best wishes from Wales UK.

    Once the weld is ground relatively flush Would a shrinking disk work to shrink the highs? I’d be concerned hitting it with the sanding disk so many times. Maybe you are just removing the weld beat that comes up? Great stuff and congrats!

      Yes I do use the shrinking disc but when welded 100 percent penetration you want the high side of the weld gone

    What are you using for grinding discs?

      3” roloc disc Norton blue fire 36,80 grit then a Da 120,180
