@@charliemartins5808 hello 👋 im turning 25 soon but all is well. in the span of 2 years i lost 2 family members, probably lost some years of my life because of stress at work, and cried out my heart to God a few good times. anxiety takes form in different ways. when i was 22 and graduating college i mourned for the child me under my parents' protection and provision. now my worries consist of am i gonna get married, should i switch jobs, how much from my pay should go to savings. time never stops. even if you stay 22 everything and everyone else grows old. its wonderful how God designed time. it never waits for you but is slow enough that you can always catch up. as for my anxiety that weighed me down sometimes too much and most of the time was just a negative voice in my head, i needed something bigger than it. if it really weren't for God and his love and his promises, i would have already been gone.
