Hey beautiful Tammy!!! So sorry you are still not feeling well...I take 600 MG of Gabapentin for my nerves in my head for my headaches and it also helps with restless leg syndrome. I take it at night. it helps with sleep also. Rest and take care of yourself and get better!!!💗💗💗

Yes mine comes and goes, i was on medication but was taken off it because of all my other medications, when i need to i take ibuprofen and try some light exercise while sitting ❤😊

Dear Tammy, i like seeing your cateye nails close up is cool. I dont know how to put on and keep them on for more than a day. Ready made nails are much so much prettier . I hope you get some meds for your restless leg syndrome. I v taken galipinton before for anxiety. I only took it after dinner. Dont drive if u do have meds like that. It did really relaxed me. Well congrads grammy on your new grandbaby. I do encourage a flu shot . Colds are just irritatingly bad day. I hope you get over your cold soon. Best wishes to you and your family Tammy! Hi Tammy, yes I also suffer from restless leg syndrome a.k.a. RLS. I take medication for it, which is called Ropinirole Oral Tablets. Myself I only take it when my legs get that jumpy feeling, then I will take the tablet in within 15 minutes. I am fine. I hope this helps you.

Tammy, I totally understand your frustration with your legs. My husband suffers from SEVERE restless limb syndrome. He has it in his arms AND legs to the point where his legs will kick straight up towards the ceiling when he's in bed and his arms will go right up over his head towards the headboard. It's freaky to see. Most of the time it's when he's asleep but sometimes even when he's awake. For him, it's always at night. He has had a b*tch of a time getting it under control with different medications. He ended up going to a sleep specialist and had a couple of sleep studies done and for him, the ONLY thing that has worked is a combination of the Gabapentin, as you mentioned, and another pill called Pramipexole. For him, the trick to it was the timing of when he takes them. He starts at 6pm and takes the Pramipexole. Then at 7pm he takes one Gabapentin, and then another Gabapentin at 9pm. It works beautifully about 90% of the time, which for him is a blessing. Some nights I have to sleep in the guest room and other nights, he has to get up out of bed in the middle of the night and sit for an hour or so until it settles, on those nights when he has breakthrough and the meds aren't working. It totally stinks and I feel for you. Maybe this suggestion would work for you.

Hey beautiful how are you hey I take that same medicine gabapentin twice a day and sometimes my legs go crazy for sure when they get cold so rub bio freeze on them I straight them out it helps them to relax and helps me sleep hope you trie it dose work

Tammy. I also suffer from restless leg syndrome. I tried every medicine for it. The only thing that works for me is tequila and magnesium glycinate. I hope you try this and get some relief. RLS is very disruptive to someone's life. Wish you much relief. Julie M

Its restless leg syndrome. Ive had it for years. I take Gabapentin....thats all i take and has worked amazing for me
I take 1 in the am...,1 in the afternoon and 2 at night. Ive had it for over20 years.

Hi there Tammy❤️🙏. If anything that someone shares doesn’t work for you restless leg syndrome then definitely go to see your doctor cause they will be able to put you on something for that. Or maybe check in to acupuncture cause it’s suppose to work for alit of things . Is that the same as Restless Legs? It's torture. I take a medication called Oxpola. I'm in South Africa so in the States it might have a different name. It's saved my sanity.

Maybe you’re low in magnesium glycinate. It helps with sleep and my legs. Just check with your doctor first. I would make sure it’s organic and non synthetic 🙂💕.Third party tested also. Hope you feel better.
