How to Set Up Your Genesys Dashboard (Queues)

  • This video explains how to set up your Genesys dashboard, so you can view our call queues. You should not need to set these up each time you log in, as they should save if you don't close them.
    Please note that the queue will NOT typically look like this; this video was taken before the transition to Genesys, which is why no one is in Idle or Interacting status (in queue.) Unlike us in the video, you should NOT be in Available.
