    "We're back on schedule, over!" -- May the Sea Shepherd stay "on schedule" protecting our seas and the life in them until the governments of the world do that job that they should be doing already! Until the day when there's no job left for them to do, may they do it as bravely and spectacularly well as they've done it thusfar.

    It takes a very greedy and cruel people to continue destroying what is keeping our worlds ocean safe, habitable and beautifully ALIVE! TY AND MAY THIS FILM AND OTHERS L;IKE IT HIT AND CHANGE THE HEARTS OF THOSE WHO WOULD DESTROY ONE OF OUR WORLDS GREATEST SUPPORTS OF LIFE AND POWERFUL WONDER!!!

    Do people forget that chickens and cows are domestic animal that are bred for human consumption and that are million of them while whale numbers are significantly less than cows and chickens

    • @MrAngelOfDeath1
      @MrAngelOfDeath1 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree with you somewhat but Whales while not bred for it can be used for food, I think it just needs to be controlled like Deer hunting but not banned completely. For instance you could hunt whales but not endagered types like killer whale.

    • @TheKnocks212
      @TheKnocks212 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sure but the problem is that whales are just so damn big it would be hard to kill one without making it suffer for awhile before it dies

    • @MrAngelOfDeath1
      @MrAngelOfDeath1 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      bryan stockman Not really, they still die the same way all mammals do so one metal pole through the brain could work and with hydraulics you could get through their flab and skin.
      Like I said a regulated service would work.
      Just set ground rules.

    • @floating_iceberg
      @floating_iceberg 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      MrAngelOfDeath1 you talk about regular service, hydraulics and metal poles? In the sea? Ocean? Do you really, actually think, that they are as stupid as cows and chicken with less nerve-systems? They are not ordinary mammals. It takes them 100-200 years in the nature to grow up this size and not 1-5 years:) how do you imagine, they would, all by themselves get in position in front of a metal pole, hydraulics? hehe

    The countries didn't respond because every country has a group of people who runs their county's politics. Business people who do what they want, when they want and live for the power and money alone. It's been like this since before Nixon. Kissinger was one that wanted a place in the American government and got his place next to Nixon. Nixon, Kissinger and Ralph Nadar pushed the Vietnam war for money reasons alone. WWII in the Pacific was extended just so families like DuPont could keep selling war materials as long as possible. War was sold to the American people for these business' profit as well as the Communist threat. And the little guys paid in millions of lives. These monsters are so protected no one will admit of their existence let alone what they do. Why do you think every single country didn't come to these people's aid and even Paul Watson pulled back when all they would have had to do was go down their side with that can opener? Someone threatened him.

    they need to sink the whaling ships and not just pointlessly chase them.

    • @MrAngelOfDeath1
      @MrAngelOfDeath1 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's honestly stupid, people working on the ships aren't the problem they are doing the dirty work of higher ups because they need to do something called putting food on the table if you have the brain to fathom what I mean.
      If you argue why don't they get other jobs, I shall refer you to a page that explains how hard it is to get a job in Japan due to the over populated cities.

    • @marlastevens9036
      @marlastevens9036 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      MrAngelOfDeath1 Difficult does not equal impossible. This is highly immoral work. In fact, it's literally criminal. Certainly you wouldn't excuse any other criminal enterprise just because times are tough. Why are you making excuses for these criminals?

    • @MrAngelOfDeath1
      @MrAngelOfDeath1 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      It isn't criminal to them. And please, you still haven't come up with an answer to their money problems.

    • @marlastevens9036
      @marlastevens9036 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      MrAngelOfDeath1 It is criminal under the law, which is what counts. Do you always believe that it's necessary to provide work to criminals to pay them off so they won't commit further crimes? Certainly their government could afford to put them on welfare or make-work civil infrastructure jobs for decades for the millions they're paying to support illegal whaling in the Antarctic Whale Sanctuary.

    • @marlastevens9036
      @marlastevens9036 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Amon Mcswigg It's not pointless chasing. When the Sea Shepherds are tailing the factory ship, it can't process whales, thus the hunt ceases. They are sinking them in effect, by the way. They're doing it by making it economically unfeasible to whale down there -- and it's working.

    I really surprised many people think the whales or dolphins should not to be killed.
    Who decided that ?
    Most Japanese think all animals are precious so eat their meat with respects.
    Some people also talk about beef or pork and No one cannot object any reasonable explain

    So in 2015 these people had to pay Japan 2.55 million for breaching US court injunctions to stay clear of Japanese ships. The US court gave all the money to Cetacean Research a Japanese company.

    The hunters have as an equal right to do whatever or without intervention of a no jobber outside international waters.

    • @andrewhall6342
      @andrewhall6342 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You might think that the hunters have the right to hunt, but then why lie and say its about research? Be transparent and say we are killing these animals to eat. Btw, your argument makes me support the aghori sadus\ and cannibalism. Do I have the right to hunt and kill you if I am hungry?

    • @MrAngelOfDeath1
      @MrAngelOfDeath1 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      andrew hall That argument is invalid saying that as an argument means we shouldn't eat deer or game at all. I don't think we should hunt whales that much but if it's controlled I think we should. Though if you would like to try hunting human you can try :D

    • @marlastevens9036
      @marlastevens9036 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Emphatically, they do NOT have the right to violate an internationally agreed to, legally protected SANCTUARY for whale murdering! You could not be more wrong. That the 9th District court in the U.S. is complicit in this murderous Japanese scheme is cause for extreme shame as well. What are you, a Japanese whaler spoofing as an Anglo or some Canadian fisherman pissed off because Sea Shepherd exposes your barbarism?

    • @marlastevens9036
      @marlastevens9036 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      MrAngelOfDeath1 Sometimes, because we've kiiled their natural predators, deer must be killed to prevent their starvation but there is no such reason for whale hunting. It's always wrong.

    • @MrAngelOfDeath1
      @MrAngelOfDeath1 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh My God.....
      Firstly, other than they are endangered please explain why killing them is bad? Intelligence is not a reason at all.
      Secondly, the fact that you need to include insults is so incredibly funny, it's like you can't think of a full argument so you just add it to extend the length of your paragraph and feel as though you have more information there than you actually do.
      Thirdly, on the second comment, what on earth? Those double standards are insane, you near enough speak like you condone the killing of things like bears while defending the killing of a whale, what is that? Are you stupid? Dear oh dear oh deary me.
      Lastly, you speak as though you don't realise how much money Japan would lose over this and a lot of the country is already in poverty, so if the great US were to stop them, would they support them financially too? would they help them recover? The fishing business is getting harder because of Jellyfish so the Whaling is becoming more important right now. Please tell me how a country in the biggest national debt ever would support little Japan?

    These people make me sick, putting people lives at risk for the sake of whales... no sense of perspective. no sense of morality and they even had the hypocracy to ask the japanese ship for help when they lost a boat. I agree whale hunting is wrong but this is ridiculous. They won't stop until someone actually dies...

      People like you, those who don't give a fuck and put humans over everything else, are the true problem in our society. We have to learn to live together with other species, not "harvest" them and not use them like if we would own them. Because we do not own any living being on this planet.

      Sea Shepherd have been doing this for 30 years, with a record of 0 casualties, ie no deaths or serious injuries. It is with deep irritation that I read the inanities of people who seem content with a status quo soaked with the blood of mammals driven to the brink of extinction, and whose real indignation is reserved for those who try to protect them. Then again, why am I even responding to a guy called "Rambo Brad"?

    A friend bought some tuna to me and I gave it to my cat. She wouldn't eat it and I thought she was just being spoiled until I smelt the,"tuna." YUK! I had just opened the can and it stunk. I ate some and spit it out! I don't know what it is but it isn't tuna. I think it's what we in Montana call garbage fish. There are fish you can't eat. Our seas are being stripped by China most of all and Japan because they want to make money and feed their people. Understandable about the second, not the first. The can says, "Made in China" so either the can was off or the fish. I threw it all out. It was the generic brand of Safeway by the way. Don't believe me? Buy some. These people have to be stopped. Period. So I can't physically do it but I sure respect those that do. :) Songs
