Per federal telephone laws you are required to give your full name and company you represent.
Sure, but 'when' is not mandated, at some point you will.

Telemarketers must promptly tell you the identity of the seller or charitable organization and that the call is a sales call or a charitable solicitation.
Telemarketers must disclose all material information about the goods or services they are offering and the terms of the sale. They are prohibited from lying about any terms of their offer.
Dont get me wrong I love a lot of your content but people can be fined heavily if they do not follow the law. This particular clip is not something people should follow but I do love your objections clios.

@@justinp6805 yeah BS I’d like to see the law about the full name. What concerns me more about this video(great content, don’t get me wrong)would be “I’m with the VA department.” As a mortgage guy I know you canNOT misrepresent yourself as any kind of government official you’re not. You also have to follow TCPA rules, particularly if you’re in a call center. “This is _________ on a recorded line,” etc. Great content & ideas overall though!
