Have you ever come across the word "TO" in a sentence? The word "TOO" is more properly used to indicate "more" among other meanings, for example "You gave me TOO much change." I like your post but according to one news anchor that I watched, he stated she is guaranteed the 63 million dollars even if Trump declares bankruptcy. According to the news anchor, who quoted the law, Trump has to deposit that amount into a government controlled account to be paid out after the conclusion of the appeal.
