Anton (or Antonio) Diabelli was born in 1781 near Salzburg, Austria, He is most familiar today as the composer of the waltz on which Ludwig van Beethoven wrote his set of thirty-three Diabelli Variations. He moved to Vienna and began teaching piano and guitar and worked as a music publisher while continuing to compose.
I discovered this wonderful Sonata thanks to a subscriber. It is a perfectly composed piece with great contrasts, refined melody and harmony.
If you want to work on a classical sonata I definitely recommand this one.
