- Hi guys. Today, I'm going to show you how to make Korean Banquet Noodle [잔치국수 : Janchi-Guksu]
Janchi means “Feast” in Korean. Traditionally these dishes are eaten at weddings or big event. That’s why they call this noodle as banquet noodle.

Janchi-Guksu Ingredients:
Cooked Thin Wheat Flour Noodle
Cooked Sliced Mushrooms
Cooked Sliced Zucchini
Cooked Eggs
Kimchi*
Seaweed Sheet Pieces
Sauce*
Soup Base*
*Anchovy Stock/Soup Base Ingredients:
15g Anchovies
2 Litres Water
3g Dried Kelp
100g Onion
5g Chillies
3 Mushroom Stalks
70g Shallots
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Salt
*Sauce Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Wine
1 Tbsp Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
Pinch of Black Pepper
3g Sliced Chillies
60g Sliced Shallots
*Kimchi Garnish Ingredients:
1 Cup Kimchi
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
*Garnish Ingredients:
2 Eggs [Cooked]
1 Cup Kimchi Garnish*
180g Mushrooms [Sliced & Cooked]
140g Zucchini [Sliced & Cooked]
Sauce*
1 Seaweed Sheet [Cut Pieces]
Other Ingredients:
Salt
