i had this restart issue(ive uploaded it on my channel). mine only lasted 2 or 3 years. I’m seeing a lot of comments here saying the same thing, between 2 to 5 years it lasts. I’m buying a LG instead.
Yup! Mine crapped out after only 4 years, almost to the day. Straight trash! The t.v. my parents had when I was growing up lasted over 20! They only replaced it to modernize, not because it stopped working. Late stage capitalism is a joke
lol, mine lasted 2 years, horizontal black lines and tv keeps restarting, I mean I have samsung LCD monitors, 1 is 20 years old and still works, how crap the design must be if dies after 2 years
My 2018 QLED restarts itself a few times every time you switch it on, but only for about a minute or two. After that it works normally. It does it for over a year already. Looking at the number of similar reports, I might not even have the worst case. But obviously no more samsungs for me.
@@Fix.369 just spoke to Samsung, offered 15% off new purchase, Im not sure paying to repair is worth it, might as well spend 300quid on a new one not Samsung though but thanks for your reply, have a good day
This happen to je today. My Samsung tv is 3 years old .Nothing in video work for me. Tv start to main screen and then restart. I cant event go to setting. I thonk Tv is K.O ! Have to buy new one. Samsung never more
I just bought Samsung neo qled n700c, and I have this issue, I sent back to the store and they give me the new one... and it has the same issue again.... crazy
My samsung tizen uhd 4k died today I think, blackscreen trying to come on, the backlight is there, but there is no picture. Lasted only 3 year, Contacted support, told me to go to my nearest service center, that is not even a samsung repair service, just a random store and that the warantly is only 12 month. Fck Samsung, never again
Everyone go see the reviews people leave on Samsung's website. All complains about how after 2-3 years the TV is dead. Blackscreen trying to come on. Backlight is there, but no picture. It doesn't look like a restart either, it is pretty quickly going on and off. Horrible. Mine died too just now out of nowhere.
This boot loop started happening a couple years ago and is now at its worst, with the loop lasting for hours at times and I can’t do *anything* about it. This is the biggest disappointment I’ve ever owned, and yes I’ve tried everything in this video, it doesn’t matter how few apps I have running, it doesn’t matter if I factory reset, keep it up to date - it happens whenever it wants. I have no idea what the precursor is. It just happens. My QLED was a purchase I made when I moved out on my own for the first time 3.5 years ago. This is a product that is, simply put, not built to last. Unbelievable.
Yep. I have had my Samsung tv for just under 4 years. Just started this boot loop saga. I might replace the motherboard and power supply and see what happens. Otherwise, new tv time
@@gregweaver5769 it might just be the capacitor for this entire model of TV. It seems to not be able to handle multiple apps at once unless they’re fully exited out of after you use them. Like they put too many bells and whistles in and didn’t leave space for much else.
Which caps did you replace. Can you show a picture or on which board? Also i know the faulty ones normally have a bulge on the top. Is that how you found the faulty ones.
I will never buy Samsung again

Its crazy how we all have the same range between 2 to 5 years
Samsung au8000 had for 1 year half black screen accept half inch across the bottom and keeps switching on and off, any suggestions?
Will-ko3yt Bro, It sounds like a hardware issue, you need to take it to service center.☺️

janicelyons7722 Bro, If none of the ways worked for you then it can be a hardware issue. You need to take it to service center.😊
@@Fix.369 I had the same issue, the technical service in Colombia give me a surprise, because the repair is more expensive than buying new.😮💨

I'm pretty sure they are supposed to break after a while. So that you keep buying new ones.

Lucky it lasted that long i got mine less than 3 years ago and its currently unusable

So if it's the capacitor, that's a motherboard swap?
Bad capacitors most have 2 to 3 one shot i fixed many
