Check the Spanish 21 rules. I think it’s definitely OK to double Asaph 14 against a 2

Spanish 21 is so darn tricky. You seem to play this with basic strategy for traditional 21, isn’t there another strategy to account for the fact that there aren’t any 10’s in the deck?
