Shaking The Rust Off

Just a short video from this past weekends training session on our International 505. This was our first time back in the boat after the World Championships back in October. As well this was my first time testing my back after I somehow managed to herniate three discs in my lower back during the worlds.
We were sailing out of the Alameda Community Sailing Center on the south west corner of the island. Knot and a half of ebb tide which made for some decent sized waves and the wind was 18-25 knots with gust into upper 30's... Good Times!

We can all see exactly how you managed to herniate 3 disks while sailing your 505! Glad you are back at it, though, great footage!
