The only thing you need to watch out for is the power rating, although I'm not sure whether the numbers given by TP Link for their products are always reliable. The maximum DC current rating for the 'splitter' is 1A at 12V according to the technical specification. However, some TP Link routers have power supplies that are rated at 1.5A at 12V DC (e.g. MR600 4G+ LTE router). On the other hand, according to the TP Link support forum, the maximum power consumption of the MR600 is 12.8W, which would suggest 12V at 1A should be just about okay. Furthermore, the power supply for TP Link POE injectors is rated at 0.5A at 48V (i.e. maximum 24W), suggesting you should expect something better than 1A at 12V from the splitter unless they are very inefficient or use rather underrated components.

I have Airtel Broadband and I want to connect the Modem RJ45 Output connector into the DVR with the CAT 6 network cable. The distance between Modem and DVR is 60 meters.
My Question is: Can I use (TP-Link TL-POE150S) Injector adapter to transfer the Data without any Data loss between Modem RJ45 connection Output to DVR to connect the Camera available on the Internet. OR Do I have to connect Injector Adapter on the Modem RJ45 connection Output Side and other end to connect Splitter with the help of 60 meters CAT6 cable, so that I can connect the DVR without any Data Loss and use the 48v DC power to connect my DVR and Camera.
Do I have to use both Injector Adapter and Splitter Adapter (TP-Link PoE Splitter 802.3af) between Modem (Injector) and DVR (Splitter) connected with help of 60 meters CAT6 cable.
Please provide your advice, how to overcome without any data loss.

Hello Sir,I have an airtel 4G router which is non POE,but I tried powering up the router by using the 12V DC power adaptor provided with the router using passive POE splitters. Its working.I want to place the router to an elevated/higher place where 4G network signal is available adequately using 25 m long Cat 6 ethernet cable with the same 12 v power adaptor. Can the power adaptor inject the 12 v which is required by the router even 25 m long far away from the router through the ethernet cable?

can you please tell me what these splitter and injector do? like does it improve wifi speed or it can be used as a ups or it improves connectivity?

So, it's just enables you to transmit power over a LAN Cable. If for ex: You have a router you want to put in an area which does not have a plug point, you can send Power from a source which has a plug point over a LAN Cable using both an injector at the source and the splitter which feeds off power from the lan cable to the router DC Port. (12V)

Can I connect PoE injector to non poe router or ethernet switch? Will there be any problem?

Router you can. Switch you might need to check the Input voltage and accordingly connect the same. The PoE adaptor has limitations around what devices it can power up
