I was in the Salt Lake area on business a few years ago and ran into Jimmy at a store. Nicest guy you could ever meet. We talked for a few minutes and he answered all the "fan" questions I had including what he thought of being the youngest person to ever have a #1 song in England with that Liverpool song. He laughed and said he is not sure if he still has that record or not (I think he does still but not sure) and he sometimes can't believe that was him singing that young! He also said he had mad respect for his brothers and Marie for doing what they did all those years since he only did it for awhile and has no idea how they kept it all together like they did doing what they did (IE touring, recording, TV, writing songs, having families, etc) and is glad they are still a tight family unit. Got a nice selfie with him and an autograph.
Spent 45 mins with Jimmy,before a show .what a nice guy,he sang Michelle to me ,as it's my name. beautiful couple with beautiful children .48yrs I've loved and supported the osmonds 💖 pleasure to do that
Such a tenderhearted man! Love the tears as he and Michelle were talking about each other at the beginning! What a sweet couple!!! Love them both to pieces!
Jimmy's a really nice 'normal' bloke. He came into my music shop in Blackpool when he was performing for the American Superstar Experience a few years ago with his brother Jay. You really wouldn't know they were famous.. because i didn't really know who they were at the time, and Jimmy bought quite a bit of musical equipment... hope your Shark Guitar is doing ok Jimmy :D
Jimmy I really need to apologize to you years ago and I mean this is years ago I saw you at the University Mall and you attempted to introduce me to your family ,a great honor that I was too immature to appreciate, all I could talk about was Show Business , God be with you and your family

I was about to go say hello before I noticed her, but then thought I shouldn't bother them. But they both looked like they were ready and willing to greet me. I didn't know they'd one day be married, but yes, they are a great match.

I would hardly say his brothers are "pudgy" Alan is the oldest and he looks GOOD! FYI he is pretty close to closer to 70 than 60. 64 next year I think?
I find it fascinating that the woman's weight is commented on but not the man's. Jimmy is overweight too, but because he's a man, no one says a fucking word about it. Oh and don't forget she's old too - of course old means anything over 21. God Bless America.

Women's weight is not so much an Osmond concern as it is a Mormon thing. I heard from others that Mormon women are encouraged to be well kept in body and appearance, makeup , hair .
