Wealth gab and the need to keep up with the rest of the society was 1 factor. 2: it was the need to feel seen and to be respected by any means. Reason? Well trauma 1, revenge 2. No sense of community or family because of the broken houses. I’m sure you wondering what saved me from being a ho! It was that fact that knew my father, I respected my grandfather who was a hard earning God fearing man, my great grandfather fought with the colonisers. I could never lay under no man and fornicate, no matter how in love I was, I couldn’t bring a man home that was less than the men I carry their names. The thought would make me cringe. Being a decent a person can save your bloodline cuz you fear God and he will take care of your seeds. I understand everyone because I hear their pain and misguided ways. The devil is REAL and so is what God instructed for us to do. Earn clean and be decent the rest will fall into its place. The African America spirit and homes have been broken for a while.
