Can you list examples of “focusing on yourself”? Currently I am not working and so I have a lot of free time. Currently I am not working and so I have a lot of free time. I don’t do much with that time as I believe that I should only do things when I’m motivated internally. So, aside from my daily duties like keeping myself healthy and my surroundings clean, I mostly play video games, watch tv shows/TH-cam, and practice a couple of hobbies. If I do meditate it is only for a short time each day, though I feel like I am in presence more than half my waking day at least.
Are these me focusing on myself? Or am I missing the point of that?

@@KK-sg5gl I can only speak through my own experience I looked into my North Node and for me, it's Aries which means I am supposed to live for me first I have to put myself first daily. I use to people please and do everything for everyone else. Now hell no I live for me. I do whatever makes me feel good. I am enjoying getting uncomfortable doing things I never thought id do and it's been liberating. I've met some amazing friends by doing so really channeling my divine feminine energy. I hope this helps. I wish I would have known this early on but I know now and it's beautiful. DM is literally purging and healing on a major level.

I just can't believe that after 10 years he is only at this point. I am 55 and he is 63. We don't have much life left to even spend together. So far has been only excruciating heartbreak, betrayal, cruel and heartless acts and silence. All without apology. I'm glad I have his full attention and I am not simply the dirt beneath his feet. Wow, wow, wow to everything about this. bc of my DM I realized this gift of healing others through my own healing and this was the exact thing that caused me to withdraw from the connection and allow him the space to heal in his own way as I continued on my separate journey. Whenever we do sporadically speak he is literally speechless when I just intuitively speak on what he’s been going through ( I must admit even I sometimes am left wondering, where did that come from?? lol) But then he also again withdraws proving he’s still not ready to receive this love - that’s his work and I have no control over that other than to support his journey energetically as I continue on my own, I am neutral on an outcome because I have faith that what is for me will not miss me as long as I am aligned with myself!
