I feel bad for Scarlett and Akari for being alone in the worker's float.
Even Roy too, Ninjoy appeared first, but she's part of the riding kart, not in the pizzeria float.

To add to what the other user said, the numbers are the years in which they won the competition to become customers, Hope won in 2013 so that's why her kart has a 13, for example :)
