Did you find any solution to the K3 Note update issue? Yesterday I logged into the guest account of my K3 and there was no system update tab in the about phone options, just like what you encountered. Is your K3 note in some kind of permanent guest mode or for some reason not have admin privileges?
Sunny Nexxt i still haven't figure it out my friend. for some reason the device that i purchase it permits people from updating their device which is stupid. im basically stuck with an outdated system software
I love the design of the LG G4. I bought it from AT&T but had to return it the next day. I felt bad spending all that cash but not seeing a significant performance boost over my HTC M8. Wasn't ready to put $630 on a camera and display upgrade. Everything else just was not impressive.
@L BS pc mark states quite clearly tha k3 note is at the top of the smarpthones when it comes to real speed and "usability". I own one and it is absolutely amazing with a custom fitted ROM (I read you thought audio was awful,but in fact it is atmos compatible and has really loud and clean bass!).

Cant update rom with google package legally because rom is already flashed. Only way to get normal update is official rom but it got only eng/chi language, no multy.... think you can find some here... rom.7to.cn/romlist/lenovo-k50-t5?a=17
Lol, another flagship bites the dust, courtesy K3 Note!! Crazy phone really. Sony C4 has the same chipset, CPU and GPU still I saw K3 note brushed ahead. Wonder if you can get your hands on a huawei P8 to pit it against this baby! Speed tests are always a bit iffy.

hahaha the G4 have a 2k resolution screen and the k3 note is only 1080p, to fill those extra pixels the G4 will take longer than the k3 note, not to mention the awful camera and sound in the K3, the G4 have even better camera than the galaxy s6.
If you could update the K3 Note to 1529_ST you'll see it perform even better & the battery life will greatly improve. Visit the Lenovo K3 Note Philippines Facebook Page, there are tutorials/guides there. :)

The price.... difference is very high... k3 is awesome for the price
nd you keep in mind that 1.G4 run heaviest UI(Better,Beautiful) 2. also on quad HD display 3. snapdragon means much more developement

I went to check out the Lenovo philippines, they don't have the 1529 version to download. I only saw the 1524.
