After this video, I went out this morning and picked up that power sandwich and an avocado toast as my side (L.A.) Wow! I found my new favorite fast food breakfast 👍🏻 The avo toast is pretty decent for $3 and the sandwich is dense, but not heavy, filling but didn't leave me bloated. Recommend for sure.
If I ate 55 grams of sugar, I would have whole body cramps and be writhing on the floor. Not an exaggeration. Sugar has been my enemy since the 90’s. Love Seed and Outer Isle bread! Thank you for your content! BTW, I’m 60 years old.

Question after eating the food what do you do wiry the food you don’t eat; After taking a bite of the food do detox after, Thank for making the videos it have helped so so much you’re amazing.
Keep in mind we do not know how often the grills are cleaned off -also if the oil is reused over and over! Be careful of saturated fat very bad for your heart.

I no longer buy from DD. First, many stores just call themselves Dunkin’…forgetting the donuts that made them famous. I worked at 3 different DD in 2 states. Fresh donuts were made twice a day. As the baker was done making donuts, I frosted, filled and finished the donuts. They opened a DD in my small town, and at first I was happy. Now they make the donuts in a central location and deliver to the stores once a day. I can’t get a coffee roll after 10 am, and have to wait until the next day.
Taco Bell it's one of my favorites one's. What's funny is that the other night my boys got one of those 12 pack tacos, so I'd only eat 2 tacos one flour and the other corn. And so the next morning when I checked my sugar thinking it was going to be super high, it turned up to be the lowest. Can you one day do a video on sushi 🍣? It's my favorite and I miss it 😭😃👍🏻

The power sandwich does contains maltodextrin which isn’t really healthy and can spike blood sugar levels; it was listed kind of high on the list and not at the bottom.

@@dawudasha977 I used to go to the very first Five Guys in Arlington VA that started the chain. I liked their burgers then and still like them now but its nice to know what’s healthy at all the places you visit.

At dunkin, the only things I ever get are the simple breakfast wrap with egg and cheese (a touch of salt and pepper and it’s delish) and a cup of dark coffee.

Indulge myself twice a yr. Last time I tried a sugar free cappuccino. I will try the multi grain bun for sure if I go there again. Only fast food place we visit. Panera would be another one. But I know most fast food places are not a good idea.

What about their avocado toast?? That’s what I was hoping for in this video. I tried a new coconut milk refresher from them as well but seemed to good & sugary tasting to be healthy lol.

I no longer buy from DD. First, many stores just call themselves Dunkin’…forgetting the donuts that made them famous. I worked at 3 different DD in 2 states. Fresh donuts were made twice a day. As the baker was done making donuts, I frosted, filled and finished the donuts. They opened a DD in my small town, and at first I was happy. Now they make the donuts in a central location and deliver to the stores once a day. I can’t get a coffee roll after 10 am, and have to wait until the next day.
Taco Bell it's one of my favorites one's. What's funny is that the other night my boys got one of those 12 pack tacos, so I'd only eat 2 tacos one flour and the other corn. And so the next morning when I checked my sugar thinking it was going to be super high, it turned up to be the lowest. Can you one day do a video on sushi 🍣? It's my favorite and I miss it 😭😃👍🏻

The power sandwich does contains maltodextrin which isn’t really healthy and can spike blood sugar levels; it was listed kind of high on the list and not at the bottom.
It also had natural flavors several times. Plus non organic oats, which Bobby always says are sprayed with Glyphosate used as a drying agent. 🙁
Yeah but it's better than the rest of the food items he tried.

DD is our next door neighbor & we never go there. I have MUD/WTR in the morning & my husband grinds high quality coffee beans and makes his own espresso with a manual espresso machine every morning.
