Hi, I joined wipro in July this year. In August a project was allocated to me, Which is TAKEDA UAM project. Just 2-3 weeks of training was given and I am working. This is very very easy project, no technical knowledge required in this. It looks like my skills are being wasted, I think even 10th class student can do this work easily.
And it is shift based project, sometimes we need to work in night shift, early morning also as you told in video also. Then it is becoming frustrating.
So, I want to change the project. So, can you please give me the idea that to whom I need to approach for project change, and what is the right way to do that. Please reply 🙏
