    While watching the Olymics, I couldn't believe that Yabusele wasn't in the NBA. And then, when HE paid to leave Real Madrid to be signed by the Sixers I was blown away! If he doesn't start, he will at least be in the rotation clocking in a lot of minutes. Great pick up by the Sixers.

    Using so much of the squad not only enables load management for your stars, you also grow the experience of younger players, which can only help a teams' depth in the playoffs!

      That's honestly a good point. Especially seeing how Nick relies on his starters so much when they play.

    Seemed like the sixers had 38 players on the roster last night 😁
    Yabusele is the type of player every winning team needs, we haven't had anyone like that in years

    First of all, Sean Barnard is an excellent evaluator of basketball talent. As far as Yabusele is concerned, I think he will challenge for the power forward position. Caleb Martin is a good player, so the battle will be interesting. If Yabusele can rebound and hit some outside shots, he will be a good backup center to Andre Drummond, when Emiid is out.

    • @rgross1967
      @rgross1967 2 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Yabuscele should be the starting PF alongside Embiid. Caleb is a guard, dude is a 6’5” SG and was most successful when he logged minutes at guard.

    • @MrAQrate
      @MrAQrate 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      True, caleb isnt a real Pf. If guerschon manages to have chemistry with embid and they dont walk on each other toes in the paint might be good to have yabusele in the starters at PF

    Can't glean much from an exhibition game. This was basically the Globetrotters vs The Generals; glorified practice. That said, Maxey looked good and most importantly, he looked like a leader. That's a good fit for someone with his work ethic; I think younger players will look up to someone like him.

  • @GeorgeLindseySr
    @GeorgeLindseySr วันที่ผ่านมา

    Btw I do realize that this was, as someone else said; "the Globetrotters vs the Generals". However, I stand by my previous thought, that Nurse should continue to use as much of the roster as possible because it IS a way to load management your stars, IN GAME. Plus you season your rookies, which makes them attractive trade bait, later in the season. It's a win-win-win!

    I hate when they take players out of their strongest positions and put them in other positions. He is a power forward and he should be the starting power forward but they’re gonna mess it up somehow making him a back up center which is ridiculous

    Yabuscele looked ready for serous minutes in the NBA. Nurse should re-evaluate this notice that Caleb Martin is the starting PF. Too many fans are accepting this idea that Caleb can that against PF.

Sure he's bigger and may be a better player we don't know yet but he's definitely not more athletic than oubre. The guy dunked on lebron and now everyone is making him to be something he isn't.
