Hey Nathan, it's Lilly and I just wanted to say, I can't tell you how much I understand. It's so much for one person and sometimes you just want a break! That's why it was so nice for me to have the opportunity to help you out with your effects. It was a breath of fresh air. I would also do anything to get out of editing, even if it meant cleaning the house or doing art or practicing an instrument etc... I personally just pulled off a miracle with the Later-Life series and finally finished editing the last episode just last night (so that'll be out soon). I think I mentioned this, but I lost all my progress on Episode 7 this last summer and could only work on it every so often. However, I'm starting college in a week and I know once I start, if I don't finish the film now, I never will. I have never worked harder on anything in my life, and I managed to get the rest of it done with days to spare. I'm not working on a whole movie at once and I'm not doing an entire original soundtrack, so I'm not completely in the same boat, but I have total confidence you will be able to pull it off even with the struggles of trying to balance life with your film. I'm sorry you weren't able to make the Fall release date, but we're all on your side and we all understand. I mean, just look at the actual release dates for our episodes; they're always like a year apart from each other lol and that's not because I like torturing the audience, it's just because there's only so much one person can do in a given amount of time. Although, now I can say from experience, if there's a goal with consequences for not finishing, that'll certainly motivate ya. Anyway, I hope everything else is going well and I really wish I could help you out more with your film. Love your art and that scale model is awesome. And I absolutely cannot believe it's already been a year since your trailer was released.
Your help and support has been SO appreciated! It's still such a blessing whenever I see those effects that I won't have to do myself! And I'm so glad to hear the last episode is done!!! Can't wait to see it! I love this incredibly small but precious community of Zelda filmmakers! Everyone's got such kind hearts

Actually, don’t tell anyone... but it’s probably a couple weeks until it’s picture locked, then a couple more weeks and we’ll be ready to release it. Plan is for it to come out before a trailer for the official live action movie. 🤫

Yeah man, we got through picture locking 4 scenes a couple days ago, four scenes left to go before screenings.
