Its called Gang Beast and there is a steam version(with costumes) and a normal version(without costumes).It costs $19 and is played on the PC

how do you even get more than 4 players?!

yeah but have you actually tried it yourself? Have you tried syncing more than 4 ps3 or ps4 controllers to your computer? Whatever driver I have just won't accept more than 4. So I'm guessing you might need to have 4 ps3 and 4 xbox controllers or something. This is the actual question, i'm asking. I'm not asking how to change an option in a menu :|
