Great video, just one question the fact that the fixed costs are spread over the increase in outputs, yet the fixed costs stay the same due to the fall in cost per unit, does that have to do with economies of scale?
I think if it’s manufacturing cost then it’s a variable cost due to the machinery can operate less if output is low etc. If the energy amount changes with more output then it would be a VC but if it’s fixed and always there like rent or a salary then it would be a fixed cost

I understood the concept but why the fixed cost varies along with output in per unit wherein variable cost remains the same in cost per unit.
Variable costs depends on production amount. For instance, the material that goes into each and every product costs, and increases with each unit.
