Basically observe the blanket it has sticks.....when the boy is sleeping he is made to hold those sticks straight.....and he will put his head up and stands up and making sure that he holds those sticks straight...this will make him look like he is in sleeping position and lifted up....

The cloth on top seems to be flat as he lies there, even if there was some mechanical device/rig underneath, the contours would have surfaced but that did not happened. The boy could not possibly have stood because that would have become very apparent. Regardless of what this is or how he did it, this a very impressive feat.
It would look even more magical if they do it without that huge curtain....because with that curtain it look so obvious that he is standing....pretty immature🖓
