Your Long Videos are getting more or same views as Tamir's verse Long Videos, and Tamir's subs are 338k and your are 18.1k(tamir has ~18 times more) it means either your audience is more loyal or your videos are better or both , just an application of stats , I don't know about loyalty of your audience but I know your ideas are better than Tamir but one thing you can improve is your voice it lacks emotion and change in tone hope you'll improve it
