We boro want separate state within India. Not country. Separate state is the only way to safeguard our beautiful culture n religion. Our culture our identity is Ruinning day by day so we need BODOLAND/BOROLAND.
We the boro people always follow peaceful, we have lots of passion and control but...if we loss our passion everyone knows what we can do. i love my motherland INDIA and my motherland BODOLAND. I am Boro. thank u for your nice vdo.
Boros are the first settler & the single largest group or tribe in the northeast India, but the boros are suppressed, oppressed, neglected, descriminated & humiliated in their own land. The boros are deprived of their rights & identity. The government of India never listen to the voice of boros, never tried to fulfill the needs, wants & aspirations of the boro people, never taken any initiative to solve the problems of the boro people. Inspite, they always tried to dominate the boro people from every side & every aspects. The boros are forced to fight by holding arms in their hand to raise their voice & to protect & safeguard their land, rights & identity. The fight of boros is not against the nation or any caste, community or religion but the boros are fighting for their land, rights, identity & for the better future of the children's yet to be born. We the boro people want to live in the heart of the world with dignity & honour. We the boro people have a dream to live with dignity & honour with our own identity, cultures, traditions, language, religion & heritage proudly in the heart of the earth. We will keep fighting until & unless we achieve our dream to live as a Boro Nation with dignity & honour. Jwi Boro Harini (Glory for the Boro Nation).

Most of the Monuments or palaces in Assam were built by Bodo's great kings but literally taken by others today ...Even the British were defeated in their first attempts n so ..But seeing this the Govt. never appreciate it ,they neglects us...But we are great in reality doing the hardest solutions of our own tribe.

Jwi BORO harini.. We are discriminated by The Government Politically, Culturally, Economically and Socially. So we were struggling from more than 50 years ago but still the government will not given to us our own rights. Always they neglects our demand. And they won't try to understand what our needs.

I'm changing Boro origin , Boro root concept into Boro family.
When we say xyz community is Boro origin then it gives impression that xyz was unhappy with Boro , so they become xyz.
When we say Boro root then it gives impression that Boros aren't flowers.
Real Boro respect all and love all. Real Boro never consider anyone greater than themselves or lower than themselves. Boro is egalitarian society. Real Boro never change their identity. Yes we took different names which simply became new clans. Real Boro remain same irrespective of religion, language and geography.
For example - Tipra or Tripuri are isolated in extreme south but they still caries Borok name . Borok and Boro have same meaning, the great man.
So, Boro/Borok/Bodo family is perfect name of the group in my opinion.In past, Boro women used to prepare silk fibre and silk cloths at home.
But now we can hardly see use of silk among Boros. Rearing silk was our tradition but now we lost it because we didn't commericialize it. This is reason we should commercialize even our tradition. Commerce isn't bad thing. There are science, commerce and arts streams. Commerce means exchange. Without commerce or exchange there is no evolution. For example - We wear tie suit, This is surely not our ancestral culture, but we wear them to become modern.
So, Modify old things, Learn from others and exchange good things.
I've seen some Boros want to give up many Boro traditions because someone else took them from us. This isn't right way to have distinct identity. We can't run away from our followers. Things developed by us make us distinct. Running away from own heritage will make us Adi-Manav.

We BODO people since today politically discriminated and socially neglected by home state and upper Indians. We still surviving in our own land. History says we are the first settler of Northeast region near the Brahmaputra bank. We the BODO people have been rising voice since after the INDIAN INDEPENDENCE in democratically but still Indian Govt didn't full fill our needs we are forced to stop going through our destiny to create separate state in own country.
