Why do so many Chargers fans bring up the differences & upgrade in coaching while saying nothing about Hortiz, who is a huge upgrade over Telesco, who was terrible throughout his tenure ?
Jessie Minter is as elite as they come. This man is a genius. I saw him beat CJ Stroud and MH Jr. On the same field, with 3 stars, twice. Absolutely elite. Happy for the Chargers.
It’s truly said this man is so amazing at his job we’re not going to be able to have him for too long . I would love for him to stick around till we do some actual winning but that’s what happens when you’re good at what you do
I could imagine him sticking around for about 3 years trying to get a Super Bowl or 2 before he tries to make a legacy as a head coach. Don’t be too upset though. The Harbaugh’s are both elite at hiring coaching staff. They really know how to find up and coming talent. They will find the next Minter, or at least the closest you can get to minter if this guy turns out to be a generational coach
Watching Joe Alt play we can understand just what Jim Harbaugh meant when he said when asked about drafting Joe Alt instead of an elite WR as an offensive weapon that he considered a tackle an offensive weapon.
Mike Macdonald lasted 1 year as the Ravens' DC (and Jim Harbaugh's DC at Michigan before that) before getting his current job as the Seahawks' HC. I'd be shocked if Minter didn't get a couple interviews for HC jobs after the season. The Harbaugh family is good at getting guys promoted into bigger jobs.
Oh I have faith the chargers nothing taken away from the Steelers tj is a beast a total game wrecker but I think Joe alt an slater will handle the outside for sure .

My wife who's from Australia even Loved it! I don't know if you and Chris remember me. I met you when you came into hotel in the lobby, and talked with you for a few mins. We drove 5hrs from Jacksonville, NC to see the game. I met Chris when he got into the elevator. I had a brain freeze when I saw him but I told him I know you but forgot your name but you work with Money. Had a Great time like I said meeting you two. Keep up the Great work guys. 😊

The only area of concern for the Chargers defense is if Fields scrambles and has some big runs. It should be a low scoring affair.
